Message from our ceo and founder At the end of the school year, I am glad to address you all an affectionate greeting, a thank you and a wish. My gratitude goes to all those who have contributed and keep contributing to the growth of the school and professional community; to those who, in various ways, have constantly put effort to get a real growth of the school in all its dimensions. Difficulties, scepticism and sometimes resistance are part of all the processes that aim to the improvement, the change, and the revision of the educational, organizational and working assets. All this does indeed exist and must be taken into account for an open discussion in a dialectical and constructive perspective. My appreciation goes to all of our teachers for having demonstrated to be an irreplaceable strength, for their contribution to the education of responsible and socially integrated citizens, and for being able to interpret the educational and training dimension of teaching.

Thanks to all the parents for believing in the school's commitment to achieve our shared educational goals. A special greeting goes to the students who are leaving the school, to whom I sincerely wish a future full of enthusiasm for life. Last but not least, I would like to thank Ms Barbara Battaglino, who has managed to lead the difficult school life with amazing professionalism and patience. A warm thank you to Ms Giulia Mazzocchi, our School Manager, who knows how to manage the school with a smile on her face and an iron hand in a velvet glove. I may have forgotten to mention lots of collaborators, who will forgive me about it, even though I can assure them that they are all in my heart and mind. And I cannot forget to thank my wife Elisabetta, who supports me and has to put up with all of my worries that – at the end affect her as well. Ad maiora semper.

Message from our school manager Dear WINS community, The time has come to seal this school year with the publication of our yearbook. It is an important tool, a treasured memory, which we can look back over time to remember classmates and colleagues and relive the good times spent together at school. The yearbook is also an opportunity to look in the mirror and see a united, motivated, full of stamina community that has shared a year of much learning, improvement, and sharing moments. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, we had many opportunities to meet, learn and have fun together. Presentations, parentsteachers conferences, workshops, events, talent shows, extracurricular activities, and field trips filled the entire school year. The WINS Foundation was launched, new projects were activated, and many initiatives will continue to rise and grow in the years to come.
This is also the first yearbook showing our school from Nursery to Grade 12, the final year of the Diploma Programme, with our first graduate students. To them, citizens of the world, we wish a future full of satisfaction and commitment to always making a positive change. To all of you, my heartfelt thanks, and best wishes for a restful and joyful summer. See you in September.

Message from our academic dean Dear students and families, It has been another incredible year together. I truly enjoyed watching you learn, achieve, and grow during a very busy school year. This yearbook is a wonderful collection of memories, moments, and events that have made the SY 2021-2022 a wonderful and enriching time for our school community. Thank you to the student body and the staff who have carried out this worthy project that will bring back our happy memories as the years go by. My best wishes to our senior DP students who are leaving high school to embark on new adventures and chapters of their life. I trust that all of you will find success, happiness, and joy.
