Bringing e-Money to the Poor: Successes and Failures examines the lessons of success from four country case studies of “gazelles†?†•Kenya, South Africa, Sri Lanka, and Thailand†•that leapt from limitation to innovation by successfully enabling the deployment of e-money technology.
