Dear Worcester Country Club Members: As directed by the Bylaws, this is your notification of the WCC 2025 Annual Meeting. The meeting will take place at the Club on the third Monday in May, that is, May 19, 2025, at 6:00 pm. Only Active Members may vote but all members, including spouses, are welcome to attend. The following items of information are included in this email notice: 1. Nominating Committee’s proposed slate for the 2025-2026 year 2. Absentee Ballot memorandum and ballot (Voting Active Members ONLY) 3. Attendance card (please complete and return if you intend to attend the meeting) For those unable to attend the meeting, an Absentee Ballot acknowledgment and ballot are included in this mailing. If using the Absentee Ballot, you may vote by any of the following methods: Return signed, witnessed and dated ballot by US mail OR Send a copy of the signed ballot via email to secretary@worcestercc.org OR Fax a copy of the signed ballot to 508-852-3357
Other materials – The President’s report, committee reports, financial statements, listing of new and resigned members and a membership report have been posted to the Member section of the WCC website.
