This November, the Chamber of Commerce will host the fifth annual Woodlands Area Business Summit, marking a milestone for the region’s only homegrown business conference. Each year, the summit draws more than 300 members of the local business community, cementing its reputation as a can’t-miss event for small and mid-size business seeking leading edge resources for business success.

Focused on the theme “Building Strategy & Stability in Today’s Business Climate,” this year’s summit promises a full day of programming designed to help leaders sharpen their strategies while nurturing resilient workplace cultures. Attendees will benefit from an inspiring keynote address as well Chamber members leading two dynamic panel discussions, ten interactive breakout sessions, and—for the first time—an in depth, hands-on workshop.

As the Summit has continued to grow, it is moving a new venue this year – the Hyatt Regency Conroe, offering a modern space to accommodate expanded programming and a larger audience.

Aaron Cox, President & CEO of The Woodlands Area Chamber, emphasized the event’s impact: “The Business Summit is one of the most powerful tools we offer our members to stay informed, inspired and equipped.”

Headlining the summit is keynote speaker Topsie VandenBosch, a mindset and emotional intelligence coach known for equipping CEOs and executives to lead with clarity and confidence. With her background in clinical expertise and passion for entrepreneurship, VandenBosch empowers leaders to strengthen decisionmaking, align teams, and navigate change successfully. “Leading through growth and transition isn’t easy,” she shared. “I can’t wait to provide practical strategies to help leaders stay grounded and move forward with confidence.”

The Chamber is extremely grateful to long community partner and Chamber supporter Fidium for serving as the Business Summit Presenting Sponsor.

THE BUSINESS MINDSET COACH FOR ENTREPRENEURS, EXECUTIVES & CEOS

Topsie VandenBosch, a dynamic Mindset and Emotional Intelligence Coach, will deliver the keynote address. VandenBosch helps CEOs and business leaders build self-awareness, strengthen decision-making and lead with confidence. She began her career as a licensed clinical social worker, serving diverse populations from prison systems to addiction recovery. After nearly a decade running a successful private practice, she transitioned to full-time coaching to empower business owners with the emotional skills needed to grow and thrive. Today, she combines her clinical expertise with a passion for entrepreneurship, equipping leaders to overcome mindset challenges and achieve lasting business success.
