The Strategic Plan for 2025–2030 is guided by a simple yet powerful theme: Growth with Wisdom. At Won Institute of Graduate Studies, growth has never been about expansion for its own sake. It is about deepening of understanding, of practice, of service, and of responsibility. This plan reflects our commitment to evolving thoughtfully while remaining firmly rooted in our mission, values, and the principles of mind practice
As an institution dedicated to adult learning, we recognize that our students arrive with lived experience, professional goals, and a deep desire for meaningful transformation Our role is not only to teach, but to support reflective, selfdirected learning that honors the whole person.

MISSION
The mission of the Won Institute of Graduate Studies is to provide quality graduate-level professional education and training in the practical applications of spirituality and the healing arts for the well-being of individuals and society. It is guided by the conviction that meditation is essential to spiritual cultivation, and that spiritual cultivation is necessary to balance material and technological advances.
VISION
To be a leader in integrative health education, informed by our theme, Growth with Wisdom, and accomplished through four goals regarding the following topics: Mission and Values, Academics, Financial Sustainability, and Institutional Structures
