My heart is made glad that you plan this time with us. After much time spent in fasting and prayer and seeking God’s face, I believe God has revealed divine instruction for you to receive. God is calling for us to think beyond the local work and began to impact larger areas and regions with the power of God. The 21st Century Church faces many challenges. It is imperative that we look ahead to better prepare for the conflict. We are living in a significant Apostolic and Prophetic time of fulfillment of everything God wanted to accomplish through the church. I believe this “TGNITE THE FIRE” will give vital insight into the next step for your church, your ministry and also your personal life in Christ. The Issachar season (I Chron. 12:31) is upon us. We as leaders must have a new Issachar anointing. Times have changed. Changing times require new understanding. An Issachar five-fold ministry must arise in this season! There are a new breed of leaders who are emerging for such a time as this. They are going to operate in Holy Ghost power and authority. We have proclaimed this as the year of BETTER! Everything we do and say for the rest of this calendar year will be done in a better way. It’s not hard to sell people on Better, but often times I find that everyone that wants better is not willing to be resilient nor consistent in achieving it. The reality is that we cannot become better without change. For this reason, I am most grateful for my Dad, Pastor, and Chief Apostle Dr. Lloyd Benson, Sr.! In 34 years of ministry, he has not once compromised when it comes to challenging myself or leaders to become better. He believes, and I agree, that we can accomplish more if we thrust ourselves into the vision, take advantage of the momentum, show consistency in the vision, and commit to the process. I am assured that you have the same outlook, because you are here! Divine assignment brought you here because you believe in the vision and you are ready to receive all that God has for you and your ministry. The 2019 Apostolic Mandate has been released this year by Chief Apostle Benson. And you will hear more about the all-inclusive 20/20 vision for WLCM. What a privilege it is to be used by God in a time such as this. I always say “I GET” to serve! I don’t take this opportunity lightly! WLCM is in a great space in time where the average church membership is about eighty on a Sunday. Pastors and leaders are looking for spiritual guidance to help navigate unseen territories. All over the world, pastors and leaders beg the question, “What do we do next to keep the ministry afloat?” WLCM is blessed to have an Executive Council with over 75 years of experience in Church Building, Non-Profit Management, Community Relations, Education, and Cooperative Economics. We are here for the storefront church to the mega cathedral! For it is not the size of the building, but is the size of GOD in the building that matters to us!

Finally, I leave you with three words spoken in Swahili that you must put into practice and demonstrate for the rest of 2019. “Umoja”(Unity), “Nia”(Purpose), “Imani”(Faith). You have chosen the right place to be at the right time. I believe you are here seeking God’s mission for the church and not a position. As a result, God says “I can trust you” so don’t worry about your doubts, your fears, your problems, the stress or insecurities about the future. Better is in the SHIFT! Baton Rouge, Louisiana Born and raised in Tunica, Louisiana, Bishop Pate accepted the call on his life at age 13. While he went astray for a season due to the influence of an older brother, since the age of 25, he has been full -time in ministry. Church Point Ministries was founded in 1983 where he serves as Senior Pastor and in 1992, he was ordained a Bishop by Apostle Clifford Turner of Liberty Temple in Chicago, Illinois. The foundational scripture that Bishop Pate stands on is Proverbs 29:18, “Without a vision, the people perish ”. His visionary leadership has taken the church from a prayer shack on Scenic Highway to Oswego Street to Tecumseh Street where WNDC 910 AM Radio Station and the Church Point Ministries Christian Academy were also housed for over 16 years. Then, while completing the renovation of the new Church Point Ministries Christian Arts Complex on North Harrells Ferry Road that included a sanctuary, a theater,a banquet hall, a prayer call center, and a media studio, a terrible flood washed it all away resulting in the latest move to Winbourne Avenue in June 2018. Bishop Pate sees this new location with a sanctuary, 16 offices, an auditorium, and a basketball court as the place to impact the inner city and touch the nation via a broadcast satellite network. Prophetically, Bishop Pate sees giant Black men rising up to touch Africa, thereby launching an evangelistic thrust to cover the world, and reestablish the moral standard, especially here in America. Through the arts and the creation of a Christian economy, he envisions 500 African -American missionary millionaires will come forth out of Louisiana to bring revival to the world with the message of the gospel of Jesus Christ. What carries Bishop Pate from one season to the next is the sovereign grace of GOD and the power of prayer in his life. To date, he has shut up to pray three times: in 1994 for 7 1/2 months; in 2000 for 5 months and again in 2013 for 11 ½ months. During the first shut in, the LORD spoke to him to pray over olive oil and send this holyanointed prayer oil out free of charge all over the world. To date, over 16 million bottles have been given away! To GOD be all the glory! He also hosts a weekly prayer line where intercessors and prayer warriors call in to pray for the needs of the people,our nation, and the world. Not only is Bishop Patea prayer warrior, he is a sacrificial seed sower who loves helping GOD ’S people and has planted churches and supported mission work in the Caribbean, Asia, South America & Africa, in addition to raising funds for Christian television including PTL, Cornerstone, Daystar, CTN and Super Channel 55 in Florida. Furthermore, as an evangelist he is known for holding long revivals in Baton Rouge, Chicago, Detroit, Dallas, Los Angeles, and Atlanta to renew minds in the inner city; and he has served as a civil rights fighter in the local community to secure jobs, march against the governor’s mansion and put an unprecedented number of Black judges on the bench in the state of Louisiana. Clearly, what matters most to Bishop Pate is soul winning.Whether by direct mail, radio, television or social media, Bishop lives to encourage just one more soul to accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior of their life. His television show, “Bishop Pate Update” airs weekdays at 7AM on the local CW Network and he also can be heard daily on WTQT 106.1 FM. Creatively, he is an accomplished poet who has written two books of poetry – “The Stallion” & “Who Do I Turn to When I am all Alone”. He has authored three books — “Breakthroughs from Another World”, “The Challenge” and “I Think I Thought I Knew/No Place for an Original Idea ” and written a chapter in “Man Power/ The Call to African American Men for Spiritual Revival ” – as well as executive producing several albums and recording well over five thousand sermons. Archbishop E. Bernard Jordan is a man who has been singularly forged by the fire of destiny that causes his eyes to burn with a vision for the Body of Christ that shall impact the entire world. Born a native of Brooklyn, New York, Archbishop Jordan received his ultimate calling at the age of 15, when he was summoned to prophesy. By the age of 24, he was recognized nationally as a prophet. Rising from the obscurity of the ghetto to his present and current fame, he is known to millions as God’s messenger, the Master Prophet. Archbishop Elijah Bernard Jordan is the founder and Senior Pastor of Zoe Ministries since 1983. Zoe Ministries had its beginning in Westfield, New Jersey with 60 people in attendance. A thriving prophetic church with a vision to impact the world with the gospel, Zoe continued to develop the facets of ministry under Archbishop Jordan’s leadership, which marked it as a church in pursuit of destiny called to fulfill the will of the Lord. Zoe Ministries touches thousands, both nationally and internationally. Noted primarily for his prophetic ministry and revelatory teaching, Archbishop Jordan established the School of the Prophets in 1985. The school is specifically geared towards those who are called to function in prophetic ministry, yet is an invaluable source of ministerial ethics that are applicable to any office of ministry. He is also noted for his uncanny accuracy regarding the prophecies that he ministers. He has traveled to Swaziland, South Africa, and delivered the Word of the Lord to the Queen and the Royal Family. He has prophesied in many nations, including Germany, Canada, Korea and the Caribbean, bringing an astute word of counsel to the leadership and royalty of those countries. In February 1988, he was invited to address a special assembly of ambassadors and diplomats at the United Nations, concerning the oppressive racism in South Africa. He addressed the assembly again in February 1992, and prophesied of the impending liberation of South Africa, which has come to pass.
Upon his consecration in 1994 as a cabinet Bishop by His Eminence, Archbishop Roy E. Brown, Archbishop Jordan continues to emerge as a leader among leaders, bringing hundreds of pastors into a new awareness of their destiny through motivational teachings and The Word of the Lord. As stated earlier, Archbishop Jordan has impacted governmental officials on many levels. He was awarded proclamations of recognition from Governor Mario Cuomo, former Governor of New York, and Mayor David Dinkins, former Mayor of New York, for outstanding leadership and community service for establishing OPERATION: HOPE, designed especially to feed the homeless community in New York. Archbishop Jordan has also forged a relationship with the New York State Correctional Commission to help develop and guide the lives of young women assigned to the Riker’s Island Stepsister Program. He has received numerous awards and proclamations from political officials around the world that are too numerous to mention, for he is widely respected as a man of integrity and admired for his generosity. In 1997, God sparked a new idea in the life of Archbishop Mar Elijah Bernard Jordan. God gave him a burden to raise up 300 Prophets (termed "Neophytes") before the turn of the New Millennium. Hence, the Prophetic Order of Mar Elijah was born and 300 prophets-in-training called "Neophytes" would become the foundation stones. As an author, Archbishop Jordan has written over 500 books, encompassing an astounding range of topics. He has written books such as, New York Times Best Seller The Laws of Thinking, Spiritual Protocol, The Prophetic Brain, Seed of Destiny, What Every Woman Needs to Know about a Man, and many others. Archbishop E. Bernard Jordan earned his doctorate in Religious Studies in 1991, and in 1993, earned his Ph.D. in Philosophy of Religious Studies. He serves as an adjunct professor for several colleges across the country. In July, 2016, he was elevated to the Office of Archbishop by His Eminence, Archbishop Roy E. Brown, Pilgrim Assemblies International. Pastor, Prophetess Debra Jordan, his beautiful and accomplished wife of 37 years, stands with Archbishop Jordan in his global vision for ministry, and serves as Chief Financial Officer of Zoe ministries. Throughout his ministerial journey, he also established Lunch-With-God Seminars, a noon-time experience of spiritual impartation and revelatory knowledge. He is the State of Louisiana Chairman of the national Poor People Campaign and also the founder of Save Our Cities Now Prayer Initiative campaign where clergymen, concerned citizens, civic leaders, government officials and business leaders gather to march and pray for divine protection, guidance and prosperity of our nation. Apostle Benson continues to reach out to the poor and those impacted by natural disasters through the establishment of Mission Crises Relief. Apostle Lloyd Benson received his Doctor of Divinity and Doctor of Philosophy Degree from Trinity Christian University.
