International Prelate, Apostle Dr. Lloyd Benson, Sr. He is God’s Anointed Man of Faith and Power, one who is sent by God to impact the world with a PropheticApostolic message of divine order, healing, and deliverance for the 21st Century church. Thousands and tens of thousands have been saved, healed and delivered from sickness and demonic spirits. God has worked many miracles through this humble servant throughout the United States and many foreign countries. He is an Apostle to the nations and a Pastor after God’s own heart. Chief Apostle Benson is mostly known for his burden to win souls and a unique love for God’s people. In 1991, Apostle Benson heeded the voice of God. By faith, he founded and established World Outreach Ministries, a full time Evangelistic Ministry, which brings him before congregations of all races, denominations, and classes of people. While serving as Overseer of World Outreach Ministries, he recognized the need for a global fellowship of churches that promotes unity and growth within the Body of Christ. Dr. Benson therefore established World Link of Churches and Ministries (WLCM). Its vision is to unite churches and ministries that will combine forces for one common goal, to bring people to repentance and salvation through Jesus Christ. Through the anointed apostolic leadership of Chief Apostle Benson, spiritual leaders around the world are equipped and empowered for growth and expansion. WLCM has churches/ministries under its covering, as far as India, Germany, Haiti, the Philippines, Saudi Arabia and several nations in Africa. Dr. Benson currently serves as the Senior Pastor of one ministry in two locations; Cathedral World Worship Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and Life Cathedral Worship Center located in Gonzales, Louisiana. Throughout his ministerial journey, he also established Lunch-With-God Seminars, a noontime experience of spiritual impartation and revelatory knowledge. Operation Vision Prayer Flight was established in 1994, in which he charters planes to fly over cities with city officials, politicians, and school board officials, praying for God’s blessings for families, government, and schools. He is the State of Louisiana Chairman of the national Poor People Campaign and also the founder of Save Our Cities Now Prayer Initiative campaign where clergymen, concerned citizens, civic leaders, government officials and business leaders gather to march and pray for divine protection, guidance and prosperity of our nation. Apostle Benson continues to reach out to the poor and those impacted by natural disasters through the establishment of Mission Crises Relief. Apostle Lloyd Benson received his Doctor of Divinity and Doctor of Philosophy Degree from Trinity Christian University. He has received numerous awards and international recognition for the great work he has accomplished over the years through his No Soul Left Behind campaign; transforming lives, building stronger communities and promoting the Kingdom of God in excellence. Papa I appreciate you and everything you do for me. You are a very important person in my life. You are inspiration, wisdom, encouragement, and etc. You have many great qualities about you, but the quality I most appreciate is your ability to love unconditionally. I could mess up horribly and you would still love me the same. When I don't have the best performance in my game, you still are just beaming with pride for me. I am also so grateful that you try to make it to as many of my sporting events as possible. After each game you are always very happy and excited. Pst. Lloyd Benson, II Dear Dad, I am who I am, because of who you are. From the way that I walk to the way I talk I am constantly reminded by myself and others the same, I am your son. For this, I am forever grateful that God chose me to be included in his plan for your life. I do not take it for granted nor do I ever devalue the privilege to call you my Dad, although in most cases I refer to you as Apostle. The reason being, I know that what God has called you to be in eternity overshadows any other name. However, even with such a great responsibility to the nations, you still manage to be “Dad” with ease. You have never missed a birthday, nor have you ever been absent during any milestone in my life. You have always been there to support me as a son with no judgment. You knew exactly when to be my Apostle and when to be my Dad. Chief Apostle Benson, Sr. As we embrace the Mega Honor Celebration of your 34 consecutive years in ministry, it is natural for us to do what you have often said to us;” to look out of the back door of our lives. In doing so we can not but help to do the same, when it comes to the years, we have been blessed to be a part of the vision, God has given to you. As I am sure you can attest to, the journey has been anything but easy. There have been many challenges from the very beginning. There has been attacks and opposition from without and within. None of us can forget the attempt from the city of Gonzales to stop the ministry in its very beginning stages and of course the physical attacks on your body. God has brought us through it all. You taught us that “ God never changes his plan, God only changes his personnel. Over the past 34 years, one of the things that have remained constant is change. God has changed the building, the name of the ministry, and of course, there have been personnel changes. The thing that has remained consistent is you, Apostle. You have stood the test of time through every attack, every challenge, every opposition, you have remained steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord. You have lived your life and ministry through the mantra, “Nothing matters but the kingdom of God.” As a result, God has used you mightily to help bring healing, restoration, deliverance, and salvation, to thousands, both here and “ on that foreign soil.” Through it all, you have remained humble always given God the glory. You have preached the uncompromised gospel, and you have always walked in integrity. We want you to know that your labor has not been in vain. You have always taught us to “walk towards danger,” to nor back down, or back up, and to face every challenge head-on; to believe God, and trust in his word. Like any father, you wanted to know that your children are prepared to walk through life in the wisdom and knowledge you have imparted into them. Now as we begin to look forward to “Vision 2020”, be encouraged, knowing that because of your willingness to obey God, we will reach our Goal together. I thank God for you being in the ministry for 34 years and how God has anointed you to lay hands on the sick, and they have recovered.
Since being under your ministry, we have been encouraged, we have been influenced, we have been forever changed!
You have spoken into people lives, and it came to past. I knew when you were a child the enemy tried to take you out. You were one of God's chosen one to do his will. As you were on God's missions, the enemy tried to stop you by attacking your body. We know the enemy can't stop the plans of God! God kept you for a purpose because your work is not done.
We thank God for the God in you that enables you to lead us with such authority and anointing. Just a mere congratulations is not enough to celebrate the giant you have been in God's Kingdom. We pray that God would afford you 34 more years!
I know and believe you are a true prophet of God because things you have spoken came to past. God is raising a new breed of leaders, and you are one of them. I pray for you daily and keep you up before the Lord. Know that God is with as he was with Moses.
