For the past three holiday seasons, Jason Drye has donned his Santa suit to become Jolly Santa Jason. Drye, originally from Salisbury, North Carolina, moved to Bowling Green seven years ago. McIvor’s second half heroics lift WKU Football to New Orleans Bowl win

A strong comeback performance from senior quarterback Maverick McIvor sparked a 27-16 WKU Football win over Southern Miss in the New Orleans Bowl. With freshman quarterback Rodney Tisdale Jr. struggling in the first half, McIvor returned under center for the first time since the Hilltoppers faced FIU on Oct. 14. McIvor totaled 199 yards passing and added 48 yards on the ground with a rushing touchdown. Read more by Austin Rice
