WKU Volleyball falls in five-set thriller to Oklahoma

WKU film program receives three nominations for student Emmys
Two of three nominated WKU student films won awards at the student Emmys, as well as one student director award winner. The Ohio Valley Chapter of the National Academy of Arts and Sciences Student Production Awards held its student Emmy awards event on
Sept. 14 at 6 p.m. Three WKU student-produced films received nominations under two categories: “Still Here” received a nomination for “best short-form film,” with “At Large” and “The Salamander” receiving nominations for “best long-form” film. Read more by Lauren Sexton
Friends of the Library hosts annual used book sale

The Bowling Green community has the opportunity to start its next chapter this weekend. Warren County Public Library is hosting their annual used book sale from Thursday to Sunday at the Bob Kirby Branch Library. The sale is open Sept. 17 to Friends of the Library members or aspiring members, but opens to the general public from Friday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Read more by Lauren Sexton
WKU Soccer’s well-rounded performance defeats South East Missouri State

WKU Soccer dominated South East Missouri State 4-1 on, returning home on a win. SEMO could not seem to get past the Hilltoppers defense, having no shots in the first half and only three in the second.
