WKU Soccer advanced to 4-0-2, after a dominant 1-0 win over DePaul after yet another impressive defensive performance that gave the Blue Demons fits from start to finish. The Hilltoppers employed their defensive strategy early on and never waivered, opening up the field for sophomore forward Mackenna Egan to go to work, on Thursday, Sept. 3. Read more by Jonah Moore
Funeral Friday for WKU staff Rodney Hounshell
Rodney Albert Hounshell II, WKU inventory control coordinator, died unexpectedly on Monday, Aug. 31. Cone Funeral Home will host Hounshell’s funeral on Friday, with visitation hours beginning at 10 a.m. and the service starting at 1 p.m. Read more by Miles Davis
