SGAholds town hall Q&A for executive candidates before election
Two tickets sat on stage, three suited men on stage left, and three suited men on stage right: all students promoting their Student Government Association candidacy by answering questions about goals, issues, proposed changes and current university events.

SGAspends second-to-last meeting deliberating on final bills
The Student GovernmentAssociation allocated $602.58 through three bills and one resolution at their weekly meeting Tuesday.
SGAallocated $287.67 for the Setting into Summer event, $239.94 for transfer student graduation cords and $74.97 for borrowable spikeball nets. The chamber also passed a resolution to enhance signage and navigation resources in Downing Student Union, which did not draw from the fund.

Adetailed, white dragon drawn with a paint pen caught the eyes of those taking the elevator in the FineArts CenterWednesday evening.
Sitting in a chair in the corner of the elevator, Zoe Eckhart, a senior studying for a Bachelor of FineArts degree in sculpture, had a similar dragon tattooed on their arm.
Kentucky Public Service Commission holds Nuclear Energy Lecture
PaulAllison and other Bowling Green Community members were in attendance of Kentucky Public Services Commission’s sixth and final nuclear energy meeting on Wednesday,April 8, 2026 in David andAmy Chandler Hall. Community members came to listen to the commissions presentation on the uses of nuclear energy as well as ask questions about the recent interest after development began for small modular reactors nationwide. The Kentucky Public Service Commission held a lecture titled “Investigation of Nuclear Energy, Generation, Storage, and Related Matters,” on Wednesday evening to discuss past, present and future concerns of nuclear energy, as well as allow community members to voice opinions on its state and national influence.
