SGA announces Gilbane partnership approval, passes legislation for student resource funding

The WKU Student Government Association announced the approval of WKU’s public-private partnership with Gilbane Thursday. SGA also passed new legislation at the meeting to help develop a crosswalk, provide funding for textbooks, exam supplies and lab goggles, and survey students about their experience on campus. WKU Softball swept Sam Houston in a three-game series at the WKU Softball Complex. In the double-header Thursday, the Hilltoppers defeated the Bearkats 9-1 in five innings in game one. In game two, the Hilltoppers came out victorious 61.
