Atornado warning has been issued for the Bowling Green area, according to a WKU alert text sent at 10:03 p.m., meaning a tornado has been “spotted or indicated by weather radar” according to the National Weather Service.
Residents have been advised to “seek shelter on the lowest/safest area of building, until 11:45 p.m.”
Atornado watch will continue until 2 a.m., according to the National Weather Service. Under a tornado watch, conditions for tornadoes are present.
Awind advisory will be in effect until 7 a.m. tomorrow morning, according to the National Weather Service.
