WKU Baseball suffered a 13-9 loss at the hands of the No. 22 Kentucky Wildcats at Kentucky Proud Park on Wednesday.
The Hilltoppers' record dropped to 5-4 with nine games left before Conference USAplay begins.

WKU’s inline hockey club is looking to get rolling again after a 20-year hiatus.
Nestled between the National Corvette Museum and the Corvette plant, a small team is trying to bring hockey culture back to the community. Dylan Kimbro, a Bowling Green native who grew up playing hockey, played roller hockey at Bethel University until he graduated in 2013. Kimbro saw the lack of hockey on WKU’s campus, but he noticed the interest in the community.

‘Just do it’: First open mic night of the semester set for Thursday at Grise

WKU students are encouraged to attend an open mic night Thursday, where they can share their own work and appreciate the work of others in Grise Hall, room 235.
Independently organized by Heather Neidlinger, a poetry Master’s of FineArts candidate, the space is meant to encourage students to come share any type of creative work.

WKU Men’s Basketball returns to DiddleArena on a four-game win streak Thursday night against New Mexico State.
The Hilltoppers are red hot, coming off a dominant win over Conference USAleader Liberty 94-73, Saturday afternoon.

WKU Women’s Basketball looks to extend its two-game winning streak as they head to Newark to take on the Delaware Fightin’Blue Hens Thursday night.
The Lady Toppers snapped an eight-game losing streak with their 56-41 win over Jacksonville State in DiddleArena Feb. 14. They carried that momentum into the next week, defeating conference-rival Middle Tennessee 70-65 at home last Saturday afternoon.

The University of Kentucky will host a national expert on higher education Thursday for a discussion, also livestreamed on Zoom, about the erosion of academic freedom in the United States.
