From academic appointments and promotions to outstanding research achievements, international collaborations, student successes, and impactful community initiatives, we celebrate the many contributions of our staff and students who uphold the values of excellence in clinical care, teaching, and research. I would like to extend my sincere congratulations to all colleagues who have recently received appointments, promotions, awards, and research recognition. Your achievements strengthen the reputation and impact of our School both locally and internationally. We are also proud to highlight the accomplishments of our students and trainees, whose research and academic excellence demonstrate the future of healthcare and medical science in South Africa and beyond. This edition also marks an exciting period of transition and growth within the School, as we prepare to welcome new leadership and continue strengthening our academic, clinical, and research mission.
