MAINTENANCE CHECKS COMBINE HEADER:
Grease moving parts, check drive shafts, chains and belts.
COMBINE ENGINE:
Replace engine oil and filters
TRANSMISSION & HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS:
Inspect fluid levels and top up with recommended grade
PULLIES, SPROCKETS & BEARINGS:
Ensure proper lubrication for all pulley bearings and belt tensioners
COOLING SYSTEM:
Check coolant levels and top up
CHAINS:
Check chains and apply appropriate chain lube
TRACTORS
ENGINES:
Replace engine oil and filters
TRANSMISSION & HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS: Check fluid levels, replacing filters if needed.
COOLING SYSTEM:
Check coolant levels and top up with correct coolant /antifreeze
BEARINGS, PIVOT POINTS, & CV JOINTS: Inspect and grease.

Axles, wheel bearings and hydraulic rear doors Drain gear oil and replace with recommended grade for machine.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS: Top up hydraulic oil
