So this week, Wire Magazine focuses on health and fitness by interviewing Kevin Selby about his personal training recommendations to get in shape, his advice and tips for staying fit, and his foray into the world of modeling.
Kevin is a personal trainer, fitness specialist, strength and conditioning coach, life coach, class instructor, educator, fitness model, mentor, and health and fitness consultant. He overcame a difficult youth growing up in Lakeland, Florida by finding focus and wellness from the pursuit of fitness and sports. Through his fairly recent move into modeling, Kevin demonstrates the results of a focus on pursuing all-around fitness, including exercise, diet and healthy living.
