Dr. Matthew M. Cruger Child Mind Institute | Guest Speaker Clinical Director and Senior Neuropsychologist at the Child Mind Institute’s Gund Learning and Diagnostic Center, Dr. Cruger specializes in evaluations for gifted students and those with learning differences, autism, and ADHD, using empirically supported treatments to improve emotional functioning and their academic achievement.

With 32 years of devotion, Sandy has been shaping the community as a teacher, Dean, Assistant Head, and now Head of School at Winston Prep for the last 5 years. With degrees from St. Michael's College and Hunter College, he is committed to helping students with diverse learning profiles build essential skills that lead to lasting success in life and learning.

Assistant Head of School at Winston Prep, Aviva has been supporting students with learning differences for over 20 years. With degrees from Emory University and Columbia University, she has worn many hats over her two decades at Winston. She is deeply committed to helping students thrive both academically and emotionally, and to fostering a school environment that truly understands diverse learners.
