Winthrop Edward Jeanfreau is an entrepreneur, executive, and civic educator with more than three decades of experience in manufacturing, finance, education, and firearms training. Throughout his career, he has founded 12 companies, successfully exiting eight of them, and generating more than $680 million in cumulative revenue impact. His professional background includes roles as a business founder and university executive, and he holds certifications in business analysis, financial services, and firearms instruction. He is also a published writer and a voice for constitutional education, dedicated to helping others build knowledge and preparation. Win Jeanfreau began his education at the University of Utah, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication with a minor in Business. He later advanced his studies at the University of Oregon, completing an MBA that laid the groundwork for his leadership in multiple industries. His entrepreneurial journey started in the 1990s with the launch of Kameleon International, a vending franchise that quickly expanded into 10 states. By creating proprietary intellectual property and specialized training systems, Win achieved 100% franchisee longevity, an uncommon milestone in franchising. After establishing the company as profitable and scalable, it was sold. At the same time, he co-owned Shred-it Oregon, a branch of a global document destruction company. Competing among more than 100 nationwide locations, his operation became the fastest-growing and most profitable, with him leading sales for three years and setting records before selling that business at a significant return. In 1999, he founded Aperion Audio, a direct-to-consumer high-fidelity audio company. Before online retail became mainstream, he was already using technology to design, manufacture, and market award-winning products directly to customers. The brand grew into a global name, and after years of success, it was sold, marking another important milestone in its entrepreneurial career.
