Temporary Poudre Express stations are also in effect and operating on a regular schedule. Windsor Police Department will provide assistance during the initial intersection closure and traffic
pattern shift. Since the railway cannot begin improvements until the intersection is fully closed, the Town of Windsor is coordinating closely with all entities to ensure a smooth transition to the new traffic pattern. The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) continues their roadway improvements along State Hwy. 257 north of Eastman Park Dr. Upcoming road work includes rebuilding the highway with new subgrade, base and asphalt pavement.
