Sea TOURS

JAMMERS DAY SAIL

Enjoy a light breakfast as you sail along the west coast to Soufriere past the village of Anse La Raye and Canaries, enjoying the approach of the majestic Pitons. In Soufriere, take a shuttle to the Sulphur springs where you will have the option of a guided tour of the volcano or a chance to relax in the mud bath. Continue your day with Waterfall visit. Back on board the catamaran lunch will be severed as you leisurely cruise to your swim stop at a protected reef. The day continues as we enjoy a visit of beautiful Marigot Bay before you are taken back to the hotel.

JAMMERS SUNSET CRUISE

Join the party as we sail on board a Catamaran into the sunset, sipping wine, beer, rum punch, sodas and savoring light hors d’oeuvres. You may be lucky enough to see the “green flash” as you enjoy the breath taking Caribbean sunset and dance your way into the twilight along with the social coordinators on board. This sunset cruise is the perfect way to start your evening.

DEEP SEA FISHING

Sportfishing is one of the most exciting ways to spend a day or half day at sea, and Saint Lucia offers some of the best fishing in the Caribbean. The captain and crew are well versed in the ways of the sea, so don’t worry if you are a beginner; we have experts to lend a hand. The boat supplies bait, tackle, and drinks. Try to catch a marlin, sailfish, mackerel, barracuda, tuna, or dorado.

PITON SUNSET

Cruise to Sugar Beach in Soufriere, a magical bay nestled between the iconic Pitons. Swim and snorkel over the protected reef. On your return trip, enjoy hors-d'oeuvres and cocktails as you dance to Caribbean music and witness the spectacular Piton sunset.

DOLPHIN/ WHALE WATCHING

Enjoying the excitement of the search for one of the world’s greatest mammals. St. Lucia has its fair share of resident and visiting cetaceans. Pods of Spinning and Spotted Dolphins, Pilot Sperm. False Orca and other whales can be seen in our waters. The success rate of sightings is quite high, so join us in the exhilarating natural experience and feel the thrill as they break the surface of the water. Relax and relish the rhythmic song of these gorgeous mammals as they rise majestically from the ocean, an awe-inspiring sight.

COASTAL & RIVER KAYAKING

The rugged terrain showcases spectacular rainforest and steep mountains which gives way to valleys that open to canopied estuaries and a mangrove forest as well as numerous islets that protect and embrace the coastline. This tour comprises a training component especially for the use of the decked units. It starts from the Marigot Bay dive shop and runs along the sheltered west coast of the island into the Roseau River. This canopied river estuary is the feeding grounds for many of the northern island bird habitats. Round trip transfers are included.

Snuba offers the best way to go beyond snorkeling. Under the supervision of our warm, friendly and certified Snuba Guides, you can intimately explore exotic marine life from a fully guided and safe perspective. Our fabulous Snuba Adventure Tour at Pigeon Island begins from a gently sloping sandy beach. The water surrounding Pigeon Island offers a variety of tropical fish and marine life including; Flounder, Blue Tang, Parrot Fish, Squirrel fish, Spiny lobster, Arrow crabs, Octopus, and coral such as Barrel sponge and Brain coral. We also have a variety of seasonal visitors including turtles. Pigeon Island National Landmark is heralded as one of the most important monuments of St. Lucia’s history; it was a key factor in the battles between the French and the British over St. Lucia.

EXPLORER

We start our adventure with a light breakfast on board as we make our way down the rugged west coast line exploring coves and reefs, making our way to the Anse Chastanet resort snorkeling area, one of the most beautiful reefs in St Lucia which boasts a breath taking coral garden and array of colorful marine life;

We will spend our day exploring different coves and snorkeling areas before we make our way to a beach location, where our on board chef will prepare lunch fresh from the grill and also the catch of the day. You can also enjoy stand up paddle boarding and some water flotation devices for the adventurous ones. You are guaranteed to enjoy your day on the water to the maximum.sandy beach. Imagine comfortably sitting in your Aerial Tram gondola gliding at 130ft in the air, having a fantastic bird’s eye view of a truly mature rainforest canopy followed by the trill of gliding and traversing through ten zip lines on a total of 2500ft at a highest elevation of 100ft between rainforest trees such as Gommiers, Magnolias, Ficus and Chatanniers. NORTHERN HISTORICAL TOUR

75.00Drive through some of our rural communities and experience some of our local life. Visit The Vigie Lighthouse for a bird’s eye view of Port Castries. Drive trough the small rural communities to get a feel for local living. Visit Pigeon Island for a guided tour of the islands most historic landmark. Climb the twin peaks to Fort Rodney, a military lookout with views across the Caribbean Sea, visit the museum and stroll in the picturesque grounds, or just relax at the beautiful beach for 90 minutes of relaxation. Then it’s onto Cap Estate for breath taking views of the meeting point of the Caribbean and Atlantic Oceans and French Island Martinique in the distance. Don’t forget your cameras.

SOUFRIERE VOLCANO

MUD BATH

This ½ day tour offers a fantastic view of the West coast line of this beautiful island via air conditioned bus and takes you into the only semi-active drive-in volcano for a bath in the warm waters that spring form the craters. The therapeutic qualities in the water are known to heal the skin and remove blemishes. This tour is both relaxing and enjoyable. The route from the springs offers breathtaking views of the island form several vie points along the way. Drinks and a light snack are served on this tour. Don’t forget: swim wear, towel sun block, no jewelry and practical footwear.

MY ADVENTURE

Take a drive out of the hotel, visit lovely sites and beautiful sceneries and do it all at your leisure. Unlike the traditional excursion, we won’t tell you where to go. We give you the information and you choose. This My Adventure is one you create yourselves. Choose activities such as snorkeling, hiking, rum tasting, food sampling, Waterfall bathing, just to name a few. This is your adventure, the options are endless.

BEAN TO BAR

Hotel Chocolat offers a unique tour. The excursion begins with a gentle sail to Soufriere by catamaran. The “Bean to Bar” experience begins with a tutorial on the production of cocoa and ends with you making a chocolate bar, using estate grown cocoa. The a la carte lunch at this top restaurant, is truly a spectacular experience, with every item, sweet or savory, incorporates the use of cocoa. After, visit the therapeutic mud baths then return to the boat for a Piton Sunset Cruise.

Life has its rewards and you will find many of them on the Gros Piton Nature Trail. Travel by coach along the scenic west coast of the island through lush tropical vegetation to the Fond Gens Libre, “village of the free people” community, and the welcome center. From this point, you are joined by a knowledgeable guide, who will lead you along the trail which winds around the mountain at a gradual gradient. Enjoy panoramic vistas in every direction and see Petit Piton in the distance. The first half of the trail is moderate and can be enjoyed by everyone, while the second half involves a steep ascent to the summit suitable to the more adventurous hiker. After a strenuous but exhilarating climb and a delightful lunch at a local restaurant, return to the bus for the ride back to your hotel.

Leaving Castries by bus, the drive south will take you through the expansive Roseau valley, where sugarcane was once cultivated and now is our largest banana plantation. Then stop off for a tour of the rum distillery where you can experience the tasting of locally produced rums and liqueurs, and have a chance to purchase your favorite Saint Lucian rum product. On the return journey, there will be a stop in the lovely Marigot Bay.

ISLAND BUGGYNORTHERN SIGHTS

Jump in a 2-seater or 4-seater buggy and drive yourself on a two hour guided tour. Roar through Cap Estate, the "Beverly Hills of St Lucia", to the spectacular Point Hardy, which offers breathtaking views of the Atlantic coastline. Bounce down to Cas en Bas and then trek along back roads past the Cricket Stadium into the community of Monchy. Put it in low gear and power your way up Morne Citron which offers magnificent panoramic views from coast to coast. Wind down scenic country roads and catch a glimpse of the local way of life as you head back to base.

BIRD WATCHING

For those with an extraordinary eye and profound passion for nature, come see our fascinating rainforest birdlife. MT. PIMARD

SCENIC HIKE

Enjoy an exhilarating and scenic hike accompanied by our well trained guides up to the breathtaking beautiful summit of Mt. Pimard – located in Saint Lucia Tourism capital of Rodney Bay.

This is the only other mountain hike on the Island (apart from the Piton Hike) which is surrounded by 180 degrees of water. Hike with the water to your front back and the mountain at your feet as you learn about the interesting and captivating history of Saint Lucia and the immediate area. Don’t forget: Sunscreen, camera. We recommend that you wear good hiking shoes or trainers.

PLANTATION ATV

Welcome to the ultimate Saint Lucian ATV experience! Witness the stunning vistas and country life in action as you ride through farmland and plantations. You will experience a peek back in time as you drive by a water wheel and the ruins of an old plantation. Enjoy majestic views of the Atlantic shore at Grande Anse, a tropical paradise. Your tour begins at the ATV site in Fond Assau where tour guides will highlight instructions and safety gear. An assessment of rider abilities will be made before you head out as a group.

The ratio of guides to bikes is two guides for up to nine passengers. Must be at least 16 years old to drive an ATV Quad. For safety, children under 8 are not allowed in the ATV.

ZD’S WESTERN RHYTHM OF RUM TOUR

Experience a tropical blend of natural, scenic views of the South Westen Coast of the island St. Lucia. This tour takes you to Morne Fortune view of the city (Castries), form there you will be taken to and to a banana plantation in the community of Roseau and then to the Rum Distillery for a historical tour and Rum tasting of a variety of different in-house brew. TROPICAL RAIN FOREST JEEP SAFARI (1/2 DAY)

Join us on this very exciting 4 1/2 hour tour by open top jeep as we take you off the main road, through the interior of the island passing by the largest banana plantation. We then drive you on the outskirts of the Rainforest stopping to sample fresh fruit before taking a 15 minute walk to one of the island’s many waterfalls (Emerald) as it cascades down over large rocks.
