Our campuses We are one college, four campuses Wherever you study, you’ll be part of one college community - with each campus offering its own specialist facilities and opportunities. From creative studios and healthcare training facilities to a working farm and digital innovation hubs, you’ll have access to industry-relevant spaces designed to help you succeed. With campuses across Wiltshire and strong links to local employers, you’ll be well connected to your future.

Chippenham A modern, vibrant campus situated in the heart of Chippenham, with a strong community feel and good links to local employers. Courses are available in a wide range of subjects, where you’ll learn in modern teaching spaces designed to prepare you for the workplace and your chosen career.

Salisbury Study in the historic city of Salisbury, where you’ll build skills and confidence in a supportive environment. Following a £14 million redevelopment, you’ll learn in modern, industry-relevant spaces, with links to local employers and organisations.

Lackham Set in a 500-acre estate and home to our Wiltshire Business School and Green Skills Innovation Centre. Lackham offers a unique environment for land based, animal, environmental and business courses, with access to a working farm, specialist facilities and outdoor learning spaces.

Trowbridge Offering a wide range of courses and specialist facilities, Trowbridge is undergoing an exciting redevelopment to create even more opportunities for hands-on, industryfocused learning. Alongside Tech Trowbridge, our specialist digital and esports hub, new facilities will include a School of Digital & Creative Arts and an expanded Construction Skills Centre. Together, our campuses give you the space to learn, grow and take your next step. 6

Train Station

Chippenham Campus By bus: Chippenham is well connected by bus routes from Malmesbury, Swindon, Devizes, Frome, Trowbridge, Melksham and nearby villages. Services stop directly outside or within a short walk of campus. By Train: Chippenham station is located directly opposite the campus, just a 2-3 minute walk away. Regular services run to and from Bath, Bristol, Swindon and Reading. A Chippenham-Lackham shuttle bus runs between Chippenham town centre, the railway station and Lackham campus, with services timed for the start and end of the college day.

Lackham Campus By Bus: Lackham has dedicated college buses and local bus routes from nearby towns, including Trowbridge, Melksham, Frome, Devizes, Bath, Marlborough, Malmesbury and Chippenham. By Train: The nearest train station is Chippenham. Students can take the shuttle bus or dedicated college buses directly to Lackham.

Salisbury Campus By Bus: Salisbury has bus routes from across Wiltshire, Hampshire and Dorset. Services stop at Salisbury city centre which is just a short walk to campus. By Train: Salisbury station is approximately 1 mile from campus, around a 20-minute walk. Direct services include: Southampton, Portsmouth, Bath Spa and Bristol Temple Meads.

Trowbridge Campus By Bus: Trowbridge has regular bus services from nearby towns and villages, including direct routes from Chippenham, Bath, Melksham, Frome, Devizes, Warminster and Westbury. They stop directly outside or within a short walk of campus. By Train: Trowbridge train station is approximately 1.2 miles from campus, around a 20-25 minute walk. Regular services include: Bath Spa, Bristol Temple Meads, Westbury and Swindon.

Car, bikes & mopeds Free parking is available at all campuses, including EV charging points (subject to availability). All campuses also have secure bike racks and dedicated moped parking areas.

Green Skills Innovation Centre Hands-on training in renewable energy, sustainable construction and low-carbon technologies, preparing you for careers in a more sustainable future.

Eco House A live project with local employers, transforming a threebedroom cottage at Lackham to meet net zero standards while developing your green construction skills.

Tech Trowbridge Our expanded digital and esports hub, with high-spec equipment and immersive spaces for gaming, content creation and digital technologies.

Healthcare Zone A realistic clinical training environment, including a hospital ward, ambulance and simulated care settings, helping you build skills and confidence for healthcare careers.

Trowbridge campus investment Our Trowbridge campus is evolving, with over £10m invested in a new School of Digital & Creative Arts, a state-of-the-art Construction Skills Centre and improvements to the campus environment. Work has already started and new facilities will be opening in 2027, giving students more opportunities to learn in modern, industry-focused spaces. 12

Entry requirements We are ready when you are WCUC offers a wide range of subjects from Entry Level through to university level. Based on your qualifications, you can study on a course at the right level to achieve. Enrolment on any course at Level 1 or above requires GCSEs in both English and maths. Below are WCUC’s standard course entry requirements – please check individual courses on the website for specific qualification entry requirements.

Entry Level Designed to build confidence • Entry requirements – There are no formal entry requirements but applicants are required to attend an interview. What next? • Students can progress onto a Level 1 course at WCUC.

Equivalent to five GCSE grades 9 to 4

• Entry requirements – Typically four GCSEs at grade 3 including English and maths, or successful completion of a relevant Level 1 course and English & maths at grade 3.

•E ntry requirements – Typically, four GCSEs at grade 2. What next? • T his is your first step towards a Level 2 course or an apprenticeship.

What next? • Students can progress onto a Level 3 course, an apprenticeship or into employment.

Equivalent to 2 or 3 A-Levels • Entry requirements – Four GCSEs at grades 4-9 including English and maths, or Merit or Distinction in a related Level 2 course and English & maths at grade 4 or above What next? • Students can progress onto further study at university, an apprenticeship or skilled employment.

Didn’t get the results you expected? If you don’t achieve the required GCSEs to enrol on your chosen course, we will talk you through your options and help you find an alternative course when you attend your enrolment appointment.

See the world as you learn You’ll learn about travel, tourism and customer experience, while developing your understanding of destinations, cultures and the global industry. At Salisbury campus, you will train in our bespoke aeroplane cabin, giving you a realistic insight into working in the aviation industry. You’ll also take part in trips, tours and residential visits in the UK and overseas, helping you build confidence, experience different cultures and understand what it’s like to work abroad.
