Sustainable progress 2025

Sustainability is not a ‘project’ for us; it is an essential and meaningful part of who we are. It is woven into the choices we make every single day, both large and small. From the products, services and solutions we deliver to the way we collaborate, learn and engage with our surroundings.
Over the past year, we have once again taken important steps toward becoming a future-proof organisation. Wiltec Group has reached level 3 on the PSO ladder, a wonderful recognition of the opportunities we create together for people in vulnerable positions in the labour market. Our broader sustainability efforts were also acknowledged with an EcoVadis bronze medal for Wiltec and even a gold medal for ETP, one of our subsidiaries.
For us, sustainability is also about connection and imagination. A compelling example is our collaboration with Xpress Circle of Talent in Uden, where primary school children from the municipality of Maashorst worked creatively with our waste materials. What they created was more than art. It was a lesson in circularity, centred on social engagement and learning together. Truly inspiring to witness.
We also achieved ISO 27001 certification, confirming our commitment to careful and secure information management. At the same time, our own office is undergoing a sustainable renovation, preparing our workplace for the future. Heat pumps are being installed so that we can heat our building without using natural gas.
Step by step, we continue to build progress. For our customers, our colleagues and the world in which we operate. In this report, we share the successes we have achieved, the lessons we have learned and the ambitions that drive us. We are proud of what we have accomplished together, while recognising that much work remains. That is why we continue building a sustainable future — today and tomorrow, for the generations to come. Together, we make the difference.

Wiltec delivers progress
At Wiltec, we believe that work can always be smarter, safer and more sustainable. As a specialist in Industry & Spray Technology, Safety & Workwear, and Office & Facilities, we help organisations improve their working environments so that employees can work smartly and return home safely.
With 435 colleagues, we support companies across a wide range of sectors every day. Thanks to our extensive experience and specialist expertise, we understand the challenges within the market. We advise, support and relieve our customers of concerns, developing solutions that optimise work processes and enhance workplace safety. Solutions that truly move organisations forward.
Since 1993, we have grown from a wholesaler into a versatile partner offering a broad portfolio of products, services and innovative solutions. Our core values — entrepreneurial spirit, delivering on our promises and doing the right thing — form the foundation of everything we do.
Wiltec delivers progress.

Everyone working smart and returning home safely. That is what we stand for.
For us, sustainable and socially responsible entrepreneurship is not a question; it is one of our core values: doing the right thing. We are — and feel — responsible, and therefore invest in our people, in the environment, in society and in the value chain in which we operate.
We do this, among other ways, by developing and offering sustainable products and solutions, reducing waste, and working together with customers and suppliers to realise circular initiatives that truly make a difference. In doing so, we take the lead and inspire others to work more sustainably as well. As our guiding framework, we use the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to help create a more sustainable and equitable world by 2030.
We focus on the five SDGs where we, as an organisation, can make the greatest impact. We link these SDGs to our sustainability pillars. Naturally, we also contribute to the remaining SDGs.

Wiltec expects its partners and suppliers to comply with all international, national and local legislation in the areas of environment, health and labour. We aim to contribute to fair working conditions, decent work and fair wages.
We are committed to making the labour market more just, equitable and safe. We believe in everyone’s talent and in inclusive entrepreneurship. At the same time, we stimulate economic growth in a responsible manner.
We minimise the impact of our products on people, animals and the environment. This begins at the production stage and extends beyond the original lifespan of the product. We ensure that products are reused wherever possible and take the lead through innovation.
The effects of climate change pose a threat to both people and nature. We therefore contribute to preventing global warming and minimise the environmental impact of our operations.
Together with our employees, suppliers and customers, we are stronger. As a chain director and sustainability partner, we seek opportunities to innovate and drive change, so that we can create meaningful impact together.

Our employees make the difference. That is why we aim to provide a working environment in which they feel safe and are challenged to become the best version of themselves. A place where there is room to learn, to grow and to collaborate with enjoyment. We invest in development, sustainable employability and mobility, promote job satisfaction and are committed to equal opportunities, diversity and inclusion.

Safe and responsible: the cardboard first aid kit
This year, our subsidiary ESE International introduced something truly unique: a cardboard first aid kit. Effective and almost entirely plastic-free. Our first aid case is made from sturdy recycled cardboard. The cardboard used is FSC-certified and therefore sourced from responsibly managed forests. The contents of the kit have also been given a sustainable upgrade: all medical supplies are packaged in paper-based materials. This includes packaging for items such as triangular bandages and conforming bandages, available in a completely plastic-free version. Sterile dressings contain only a minimal PE layer on the inside to ensure sterility. The kit is supplied with a wall bracket made from polylactic acid, a biodegradable material derived from corn. The case is robust, splash-proof and easy to maintain. In this way, this first aid kit is both safe and environmentally friendly.
To clearly identify where we have the greatest impact in terms of sustainability, we commissioned a double materiality analysis conducted by an independent external party. Based on the ESRS (European Sustainability Reporting Standards), the sustainability topics most relevant to Wiltec were determined. This assessment considered both our impact on people, the environment and society, as well as the influence of these topics on our results, costs, risks and opportunities. The outcomes form the foundation of this report.

At DAF Trucks Flanders, the traditional water curtain system in the spray booth used for painting axles has been replaced with dry filtration using filter boxes. Previously, overspray was captured in continuously circulating water with chemical additives. This process has now been replaced by dry filters.
The former system required significant amounts of water and energy, relied on chemical additives and generated chemical waste and wastewater streams that had to be disposed of separately. In close collaboration with various departments within DAF Trucks Flanders, we explored how this process could be improved. We recommended dry filtration as a future-proof alternative with a lower impact on both people and the environment.
The results are clearly measurable and visible. The use of water, chemicals and energy has been completely eliminated, and less (chemical) waste is produced. In addition, the installation is quieter and simpler, contributing to a more pleasant working environment and cleaner after-filters in the air treatment system. Beyond the environmental benefits, the adjustment also results in cost savings. A strong example of how sustainability, working comfort, quality and cost efficiency can go hand in hand.
A sustainable future begins with our people. We invest in their sustainable employability and mobility, in job satisfaction and in equal opportunities, diversity and inclusion. We also create space for development, mobility and ownership, enabling colleagues to fully realise their talents and continue to grow. In doing so, they work every day from our core values — entrepreneurial spirit, delivering on our promises and doing the right thing — towards our mission: Everyone smart at work and safely back home.
We aim to attract, engage and retain talent. That is why we give colleagues the opportunity to grow and adapt alongside change. Over the past year, 48 colleagues progressed internally to new roles, significantly exceeding our target of 33.
For middle and senior management, we organised a leadership programme (secure base leadership) with 34 participants, focused on coaching leadership and steering for both results and wellbeing. In addition, no fewer than 236 colleagues completed internal or external education and training programmes last year, while 1,170 training courses were successfully completed through our online learning platform.
Vitality remains a recurring focus. We organised our annual vitality week to raise awareness, offered weekly running training sessions, and 53 colleagues made use of the company fitness programme, with Wiltec contributing to the costs. In this way, working on health becomes accessible, while colleagues connect in new and meaningful ways. Absenteeism remained below 3.5%, meaning we achieved our target.

We aim to be an organisation where everyone feels welcome, has equal opportunities and can be themselves. Different backgrounds and perspectives enable us to better serve our customers and contribute to a future-proof organisation.
Within Wiltec, we consciously strive for a balanced age distribution. The current age profile largely aligns with our objectives, with 18.8% of employees under 30 years of age, 55.4% between 30 and 50, and 25.9% aged 55 and over. In this way, we combine experience with fresh ideas and stimulate knowledge transfer between generations.
We also deliberately offer employment opportunities to people who face barriers to the labour market, through adapted roles, additional workplace guidance and partnerships with various organisations. Through these joint efforts, we have achieved level 3 on the PSO ladder as a group. This recognition confirms that Wiltec Group contributes above average to employment opportunities for people for whom work is not self-evident.
In terms of gender diversity, 17% of management positions are filled by women, while our target was 25%. In recruitment and selection, we strive for a diverse pool of candidates and actively encourage women to apply for management roles. In 2026, we will examine which barriers may play a role and which measures can contribute to greater inflow and advancement.
Regarding diversity of background, we recognise that reliable measurement is currently lacking. In 2026, we will explore how to gain better insight into this area. Step by step, we are working towards a more inclusive organisation in which differences are not only accepted, but recognised as a strength.
We want Wiltec to be an organisation employees are proud of and where they enjoy working. Over the past year, employee turnover decreased by 14.5%. Employee satisfaction increased by 0.1 points, reaching a score of 7.8. A strong result, and at the same time an invitation to keep improving. Based on these outcomes, teams take the initiative to implement improvement actions themselves. In this way, we translate figures directly into concrete steps in daily practice.

Every year, Wiltec participates in the National Vitality Week. A wide range of activities is organised for employees, from meditation sessions and an intensive bootcamp to a jeu de boules tournament. A vital employee feels better, has more energy and is able to concentrate more effectively.

All office employees completed cybersecurity training focused on behaviour in daily work. Through a tailored e-learning programme and an internal awareness campaign, digital security became both visible and open for discussion. The result: 100% participation and increased awareness.

In 2025, nearly fifty employees spent time working alongside colleagues in another department or at another company within the Wiltec Group. This helps us gain greater insight into each other’s work and jointly build a closer and more efficient working environment.

We offer our colleagues a discounted fitness membership through Bedrijfsfitness Nederland. From yoga and pilates to gym training and personal coaching, there is something for everyone. Enjoy running? You can join colleagues in running training sessions and competitions.

We have created a new company garden a green space where colleagues can get some fresh air, unwind or briefly recharge. The garden contributes not only to physical health, but also to mental wellbeing.

Each quarter, we recognise a colleague and/or team with a special commendation. These individuals bring our core values to life in visible ways and inspire others through their work, attitude and behaviour. In doing so, they truly make the difference.
At Wiltec, we consider ongoing development essential. This year, 236 colleagues completed in-house training or external education programmes, including courses in project management, design thinking, Salesforce, sales skills and various product trainings. In the area of safety certification, employees participated in BHV, ADR and PGS15 training programmes, among others. In addition, 1,170 training courses were completed via our online learning platform.

An initiative for employees up to the age of 35, where experts host inspirational sessions. In doing so, we strengthen connections and knowledge sharing among young employees and encourage them to take ownership of their own growth and development, actively contributing to Wiltec’s future.

Within our logistics operations, we introduced a new, more ergonomic pallet truck, enabling colleagues to work safely at height and perform their tasks more efficiently. In addition, the walking routes in the warehouse were redesigned to reduce risks and improve workflow. For our returns team, an additional office space was created close to the warehouse floor, offering greater calm and focus while remaining connected to daily operations.

Every delivery, every kilometre travelled and every product we offer leaves a footprint on the environment. For Wiltec, investing in the environment means striving to make that footprint as small as possible. We critically assess our energy consumption, CO2 emissions, waste streams and the materials we use, while also seeking ways to work more intelligently and sustainably together with customers and suppliers.
Wiltec aims to leave no negative CO2 footprint by 2050. In line with the Paris Climate Agreement, we are committed to limiting global warming to well below 1.5°C by saving energy, reducing the use of fossil fuels and transitioning to cleaner alternatives wherever possible.
To manage this effectively, we have mapped our CO2 impact. At present, we focus on our direct emissions (scope 1 and 2) and have begun mapping our indirect emissions (scope 3).
The multi-year CO2 emissions graph is based on the emissions we currently measure and report. It shows that our measured CO2 emissions decreased from 1,068 tonnes in 2022 to 927 tonnes in 2025 — a reduction of 13.1%. With this result, we achieved our target of a 10% reduction by 2025. This decrease is primarily due to lower gas and electricity consumption, fewer kilometres driven with petrol and diesel vehicles, and a greater deployment of electric vehicles. The figures clearly demonstrate that our measures are having a tangible impact on our climate footprint.

This concerns our direct emissions: the natural gas used to heat our office building at Industrielaan 24 in Uden and the fuel used for our company vehicles. Here, we are seeing clear progress. Compared to 2022, natural gas consumption decreased by 7.9%, although in 2025 we recorded a temporary increase of 17% compared to 2024. In 2026, a major step will follow: the office building will be completely disconnected from natural gas and heated using heat pumps. In business travel, we made significant progress in 2025. While petrol consumption increased slightly, diesel consumption decreased sharply. As a result, total fuel consumption fell by 20.2% compared to 2022. Consequently, our scope 1 emissions have structurally declined in recent years, providing a solid foundation to accelerate further towards 2030.

Scope 2 concerns the emissions generated during the production of the electricity we purchase. Electricity consumption at our office building on Industrielaan 24 decreased by 8.7% compared to 2022, partly due to increased generation and feed-in of solar power. At the same time, electricity consumption for business travel increased as a result of the expansion of our electric vehicle fleet. Overall, our consumption of purchased electricity has declined, leading to a corresponding reduction in scope 2 emissions.

Scope 3 covers all other indirect CO2 emissions associated with our activities that do not originate from our own installations or from purchased energy. This includes employee mobility, such as business travel and commuting. Emissions from business travel decreased significantly, from 9.2 tonnes of CO2 in 2022 to 6 tonnes in 2025 (–35%). This reduction is linked to an increase in online meetings and more accurate registration of transport modes (petrol, diesel, hybrid and fully electric vehicles). In commuting, we see a slight decrease of 4%, partly because more employees live closer to their workplace and more colleagues choose to cycle.

We are making progress across all scopes and gaining increasingly clearer insight into where our emissions originate. At the same time, we recognise that further deepening is required. In preparation for the Digital Product Passport (DPP), we will record the CO2 impact of our products in our master data in 2026, where available. Our master data includes information on origin, materials and the environmental impact of products. This will serve as our baseline measurement. With this foundation, we will gain a clearer understanding of the CO2 impact of our assortment and be able to steer more effectively towards further documentation and reduction of scope 3 emissions as we move towards 2030.
We reduce and make our packaging materials and printed matter more sustainable. Currently, 100% of our packaging boxes are made from recycled cardboard, and we use FSC-certified paper for all printed materials. Through these choices, we reduce the use of virgin raw materials and contribute to responsible forest management. In 2026, we will fully map all remaining packaging materials. Our ambition is that by 2026 more than 90% of our packaging will consist of recycled material, with the ultimate goal of achieving 100% recycled packaging materials by 2030.
In addition to material selection, we actively focus on reducing packaging usage. The number of partial deliveries has decreased by 23% compared to 2022. As a result, orders can more often be shipped in a single delivery and box, leading to less packaging material and fewer transport movements. Compared to 2024, 7,189 fewer partial deliveries were carried out. In 2026, we will continue to focus on this effort. We will engage with customers to further reduce partial deliveries and better align shipments, which in many cases also better meets customer preferences.

Wiltec is actively committed to reusing waste streams within its own operations as efficiently as possible. Wherever feasible, we transform waste into new raw materials and reduce environmental impact. In 2025, we improved the separation of our operational waste by introducing additional dedicated waste streams, enabling a larger share to be processed or recycled at a higher level. This has resulted in a 10.1% reduction in environmental impact compared to 2022, allowing us to achieve our 2025 target.

Explanation of the charts ‘Waste – weight’ and ‘Environmental Impact – Business Waste (% compared to 2022)’

To gain insight into the environmental impact of our business waste, we use the Milieubarometer. In this tool, we record our waste streams (such as residual waste, bulky waste, and paper/cardboard) in kilograms, after which the tool translates these volumes into environmental impact.
The chart ‘Waste – weight’ shows that in 2025 waste is being separated more effectively. The chart ‘Environmental Impact – Business Waste’ demonstrates that, as a result, the overall environmental impact is lower than in previous years. This does not necessarily mean that the total volume of waste has decreased. However, because separated waste streams can be processed or recycled in a more high-grade manner, the environmental impact per ton of waste is significantly reduced.
We are making our product range as circular as possible. Products must last as long as possible and, at the end of their service life, be redeployed in the most high-grade way achievable. One compelling example is our collaboration with GAIA Circulair, through which we help preserve valuable raw materials. They collect, sort, and recycle textile products that are no longer usable for our customers. This year alone, this amounted to no less than 26,321 kg — an increase of 11,245 kg compared to the previous year.

We offer our customers sustainable solutions and products. Our ambition for 2025 was to provide a sustainable choice* for 20% of our assortment. In practice, however, this information proved to be insufficiently structured and available. That is why, in 2026, we will enrich our systems with sustainability data, enabling customers to gain clearer insight into the impact of products and make more informed decisions.
In addition, we are taking steps to use products longer and more intelligently. In 2025, we embedded 92,337 RFID chips in workwear. This allows us to track the lifecycle of garments, making repair, return, and recycling processes more efficient. In doing so, we extend product lifespan, reduce textile loss, and lower environmental impact.
*A product is designated by Wiltec as a sustainable choice when it demonstrably performs better than conventional alternatives in one or more aspects, such as lifespan, reusability, material use, production method, transport, or recycling potential.

More sustainable protection with Flexpeel Pro
Striplak is inherently a more sustainable solution for temporary surface protection. Its production requires less energy and gas than traditional protective films, and its liquid application results in fewer transport movements and lower CO2 emissions. With Wiltec Flexpeel Pro, we take this a step further: the product is supplied in packaging made from 100% recycled plastic and offers an extended service life. This leads to fewer replacements, reduced material consumption, less waste, and a lower logistical footprint.

In 2025, we sold 41,233 pairs of socks that were 100% recycled by the organization Vodde using fiber-to-fiber recycling. This means that fibers from discarded clothing are recovered and processed into new fibers and yarn. That yarn is then used to produce new socks. In this way, discarded textiles are given a second life as a new textile product.
The ZeroGlass filter is made from recycled polyester fibers, 67% of which originate from plastic deposit bottles. In addition, these fibers prevent itching or irritation when the filters are replaced. Based on the number of filters sold by Wiltec in 2025, the amount of recycled polyester used in these products corresponds to approximately 109,000 PET bottles.

For the more than 800 shop employees and managers of ANWB Retail, our subsidiary ETP developed a sustainable clothing collection. The garments are comfortable, durable, and aligned with ANWB’s recognizable outdoor identity and the look and feel of its stores. The compact mix-and-match collection has been deliberately composed of fewer, yet more versatile, items. We used sustainable materials such as organic cotton and Refibra yarn, a fiber made from recycled cotton and wood pulp. The sweaters are even produced from old jeans. The clothing retains its value beyond the use phase. Worn-out sweaters are transformed into new accessories through a social workshop. The remaining discarded workwear is given a second life as raw material for, among other things, benches in schoolyards.

When furnishing their office, Matrix Fitness was looking for an office chair that benefits both people and the planet. Our subsidiary Delo recommended the KÖHL Tempeo Fresh: a chair that brings together comfort, ergonomics, and sustainability in a single design. All employees are now seated on office chairs that provide excellent physical support and can be easily adjusted to the individual user. This promotes comfortable and healthy working throughout the day. At the same time, the chair consists of 97% recyclable materials, is produced using green energy, and features a modular design. If a component wears out or requires replacement over time, there is no need to discard the entire chair. Instead, only the specific part is replaced. In this way, we support Matrix with a sustainable, long-term solution that enhances comfort and performance for every employee.

Wiltec does not stand alone. As part of a broader ecosystem of employees, customers, partners, suppliers, and society at large, we look beyond our own organizational boundaries. With our mission, “everyone working smart and returning home safely,” we strive not only to create intelligent and safe working environments in the Netherlands and beyond, but also to make a positive contribution to the communities in which we live and operate — now and in the future.
Wiltec is firmly rooted in society. Each year, we support 45 local and community initiatives, ranging from healthcare, sports, and culture to youth development. In doing so, we help children, young people, and vulnerable groups take meaningful steps forward, strengthen social cohesion in our region, and ensure that the communities in which we live and work share in our growth.

We deliberately create employment opportunities for people who face barriers to the labor market, offering adapted roles, additional guidance, and collaborations with various partners.
The Wiltec Group has achieved Step 3 on the PSO Performance Ladder. The PSO ladder is the Dutch certification mark for socially responsible employment and reflects the extent to which organizations contribute to workforce participation. With Step 3, we rank among the top 10% of social employers in the Netherlands. In addition, we procured €455,000 worth of goods and services from PSO-certified companies.

We continuously invest in innovative, safe, and sustainable products and solutions, enabling our customers to work smarter, safer, and more sustainably. Our ambition is to renew 10% of our assortment each year. Over the past year, we achieved a renewal rate of 6.4%. Although this target has not yet been fully realized, we see it as an important step in the ongoing development of our offering and remain committed to investing in innovation that contributes to societal progress.
We are equally committed to sharing our knowledge. We host inspiration sessions on smarter, safer, and more sustainable working practices, and organize on-site workshops with customers, where we jointly explore how everyday processes can be improved.
At the same time, we invest in the professionals of tomorrow. We collaborate with vocational (MBO) and higher professional education (HBO) institutions and welcomed 22 interns in 2025. Students gain hands-on experience and work on real-world challenges related to safety, sustainability, and process optimization. In this way, we connect education with practice, support young people at the start of their careers, and contribute to a labor market in which smart, safe, and sustainable work is the standard.

interns
For our mail delivery, we collaborate with depostBode. 92% of their employees face barriers to the regular labor market. In addition, more than 80% of the mail is delivered by bicycle, significantly reducing CO2 emissions.
As Markantier, we support Markant Theater Maashorst. Thanks to our contribution, both (inter)national theatre companies and local associations and businesses are given a stage in Uden. In this way, we actively contribute to a diverse cultural offering within the municipality of Maashorst.
In 2025, Wiltec made a donation to the Children of the Sun foundation. As a result, fourteen underprivileged young people and mothers in Peru were able to complete a full sewing training program. This opportunity provides them with a vital first step toward an independent future.
AANtWERK is a business network in Northeast Brabant where inclusion is central and whose ambition is to become the most inclusive region in the Netherlands. Together, we demonstrate that social impact and successful entrepreneurship go hand in hand.
We support 45 local and community initiatives

€455,000 procured from PSO-certified companies
We are a corporate partner of the regional hospital Bernhoven in Uden. Through our donations, the foundation is able to fund additional facilities and services that fall outside the regular healthcare budget, yet make a meaningful difference in the comfort and recovery of patients and their families.

In celebration of the holiday season, we made a donation to Make-A-Wish Netherlands. This foundation fulfills the heartfelt wishes of children with serious, sometimes life-threatening illnesses. Together, we help bring a smile during difficult times.
Jacks Coffee and Delo jointly donate part of their proceeds to charitable causes. The selected charity changes periodically. Beneficiaries have included Food Bank Netherlands, the Princess Máxima Center, Oxfam Novib, the Amalia Children’s Fund, and Stichting Hokazo.

We also feel a strong sense of responsibility close to home. That is why we support local organizations and associations that bring people together and encourage active participation. Our contributions include support for Campus Uden, FC Uden, Hockey Club Uden, UDI’19, and the Slabroekweek holiday week in Uden.

One of the ways we give substance to our social mission is through our partnership with Fontys University of Applied Sciences. Together with fellow entrepreneurs and Fontys, we organize the Fontys Skills Challenge at Wiltec, where around 30 students work on real customer cases. During this Challenge, students are encouraged to think from the customer’s perspective and create tangible customer value. They receive training in communication techniques and practice with roleplaying scenarios closely aligned with real-life business situations. In this way, we bridge the gap between education and the corporate world: students experience firsthand how a commercial organization operates, while we get to know the talent of tomorrow. Several participants from previous Challenges have since joined Wiltec as employees. A powerful example of how learning, doing, and creating customer value — rooted in our mission of working smarter and safer — come together in sustainable collaboration.

Xpress Circle of Talent is an organization we have supported for many years. This spring, we brought that commitment to life in a tangible way.
Under the guidance of Xpress teachers, 25 primary school children from five different schools in the municipality of Maashorst worked with our business waste. Their assignment: transform residual materials into a sustainable artwork for our Center of Progress. In doing so, waste became not something to discard, but a source of imagination and new ideas.
The children discovered how materials can be given a second life and what circularity means in practice. This project therefore represents more than a beautiful piece of art on the wall. It was a lesson in sustainable thinking, social engagement, and collaborative learning and creation. By introducing children at an early age to art, creativity, and reuse, we invest in the talents and awareness of the next generation.

An essential part of our social mission is inspiring others to work smarter, safer, and more sustainably. That is why we regularly open our doors to share knowledge. During our inspiration event, “Our Vision of the Future,” we bring together customers, partners, and experts to explore themes such as sustainable and circular workwear, safe working practices, and the role of AI in the safety of tomorrow. Theory, practice, and innovation converge, ensuring that visitors return to their own organizations equipped with concrete ideas and actionable insights.
We also actively collaborate with government authorities. Recently, we welcomed aldermen from North Brabant to engage in dialogue on socially inclusive entrepreneurship and sustainable employability. We discussed labor market shortages, lifelong learning, and opportunities for people for whom employment is not self-evident. In this way, we use our practical experience to drive regional progress and work together toward a future-proof labor market and society.

*A sustainable innovation is an innovation that contributes to reducing environmental impact throughout its entire lifecycle, without compromising on safety, quality, or functionality. In assessing sustainable products, we consider aspects such as lifespan, reusability, material use, production methods, transport, and recycling potential. A product is regarded as a more sustainable alternative when it demonstrably outperforms conventional options in one or more of these areas.

For Van Wijnen, an entirely renewed clothing package was composed and implemented. Wiltec organized eight sessions with approximately sixty Van Wijnen employees from various disciplines, during which a comprehensive program of requirements was established. Based on these requirements as well as Van Wijnen’s standards in the areas of safety and sustainability a futureproof, tailor-made collection was developed, featuring a contemporary and distinctive look. The garments are largely made from recycled polyester and organic cotton. To gain better control over inventory, Wiltec introduced a budget system. Each garment was assigned a defined lifespan based on years of experience. This makes it easy to determine how much clothing an individual requires annually a sustainable approach that prevents waste and overproduction. The old garments are collected and processed responsibly. In this way, the collaboration between Van Wijnen and Wiltec contributes to demonstrably lower raw material consumption, reduced waste, and a more circular future.
As a chain director, we develop solutions that improve processes, enhance workplace safety, and contribute to sustainability throughout the entire supply chain. We do this in close collaboration with customers, partners, and suppliers. Entrepreneurial by nature, we actively seek new sustainable and circular opportunities — and ensure they are realized in practice. We invest in responsible relationships, green solutions, and intelligent supply chain optimization.
Wiltec aims to gain full visibility into the origin and production of all products subject to the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR). Our focus is on collecting sustainability information such as origin, production locations, materials used, working conditions, and environmental impact across the various stages of the supply chain.
In 2025, our priority was to gain insight into tier 1 and tier 2 suppliers, in line with the CSRD guidelines applicable at that time. Although Wiltec is no longer subject to CSRD requirements, we remain committed to maintaining and strengthening transparency within our supply chain.
We are therefore dedicated to carefully collecting, structuring, and consistently recording the sustainability information provided by our suppliers. In 2026, our objective is to embed this information within our product information management (PIM) system. This will enable us to better identify risks and improvement opportunities within our supply chain and establish a solid foundation for further sustainability progress.

Wiltec focuses on long-term partnerships with suppliers who value corporate social responsibility as highly as we do. We expect our partners to actively contribute to sustainability and to foster fair, safe, and healthy working environments.
In 2025, we were not yet able to structurally formalize and secure our assessment process for responsible and sustainable procurement across all regular suppliers. To take more targeted steps, we have refined the definition of a “regular supplier” for 2026. From 2026 onward, we will focus specifically on our strategic suppliers those who represent a significant share of our turnover, contribute to our strategic positioning, or are essential to our customers.
This clear delineation allows us to assess our strategic suppliers more effectively on responsible and sustainable procurement practices. Where necessary, we will engage in dialogue and jointly develop improvement plans. In addition, it is our goal that all strategic suppliers will have signed our code of conduct by 2026, forming the basis for a transparent and future-proof partnership.
We collaborate with supply chain partners to reduce waste, CO2 emissions, and inefficiencies. In doing so, we select logistics partners who invest in sustainable mobility, such as cleaner vehicles and route optimization. Through DHL GoGreen, 265,000 kg of CO2 was offset in 2025. Regionally, we deploy bicycle couriers from Groenbezorgen. In 2025, they prevented 2,800 car journeys. Although this number was higher in 2024 (3,755), we will expand bicycle deliveries to the Oss region in 2026, enabling us to prevent even more car journeys.
Through process improvements, 7,190 fewer partial deliveries were required in 2025, resulting in fewer transport movements, fewer kilometers driven, and lower emissions. Dropshipment also contributed to this effort, accounting for 70,205 deliveries in 2025.
Efficient inventory management further helps to reduce waste. Inventory turnover reflects how effectively we manage stock and minimize the risk of obsolescence. In 2025, we achieved a turnover rate of 3.55, close to our target of 3.6. In 2026, we aim for a turnover rate of 3.7, progressing toward a target of 4.0 by 2030.
In 2026, we will gain clearer insight into the CO2 emissions associated with transport organized by us, covering both inbound and outbound goods. This will enable us to monitor our impact more accurately and steer more effectively.
In addition, we are introducing a new target: the return rate may not exceed 2% of all delivered orders. Fewer returns mean less transport and less waste.

We handle the data of our customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders with the utmost care. In 2025, our information security management system was certified in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001. This means we systematically identify, manage, and continuously improve risks related to the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information. We set strict standards for our own processes as well as for those of our supply chain partners, including requirements regarding access rights, secure data exchange, and data retention periods.
We inspire our supply chain partners and jointly explore sustainable solutions. We do so by raising awareness and sharing knowledge, including through inspiration sessions and workshops. We engage suppliers in dialogue about sustainable materials and responsible production, and support customers in making sustainable choices, including appropriate end-of-life solutions. Our objective for 2025 was for 5% of our revenue to derive from sustainable choices. In 2025, this was not measured sufficiently. In 2026, we will clearly define sustainable choices within our assortment and map them accordingly, enabling customers to gain better insight and make more informed decisions.

Our parcels delivered sustainably
All our parcels in the Uden and Veghel region are delivered by bicycle through Groenbezorgen. Since 2018, this has prevented 22.870 car journeys.
Transparency in the supply chain

Our Center of Progress is an inspiring meeting place for working professionals across the Netherlands. Sustainability plays a central role here, enabling us to increasingly engage customers and suppliers in our circular journey.
As a supply chain director, we collaborate with suppliers and customers to reduce raw material consumption and waste streams in everyday work processes. One example is Scania Production. Following analysis and practical testing, they transitioned to Norton Cyclonic sanding discs, resulting in 50% lower material consumption and a 35% reduction in labor time, with a reduced risk of sanding scratches. In this way, process improvements simultaneously contribute to cost savings, greater efficiency, and a lower environmental impact.
