Willow Valley Communities also offers a comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Program, open to the greater community. Designed to reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore independence, our outpatient services address the full spectrum of rehabilitation needs while working closely with your physician to develop a customized plan of care.
Conveniently located on the Vitality Level of the Cultural Center, our Outpatient Rehabilitation Center features advanced equipment, inviting therapy spaces, and access to unique specialty programs, including:

Our rehabilitation team comprises of licensed Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and skilled Therapy Assistants who deliver focused, one-on-one care whenever possible. Physical Therapy
Physical Therapy is designed to restore strength, mobility, balance, and overall physical function. Treatment supports individuals recovering from surgery, injury, or neurological conditions, as well as those managing chronic pain or mobility limitations.
Occupational Therapy
Occupational Therapy focuses on helping individuals regain the ability to perform everyday activities safely and independently. Treatment addresses upper extremity function, coordination, and adaptive strategies for daily living.
Speech-Language Rehabilitation
Our Speech-Language Pathologists provide evaluation and treatment for speech, language, cognitive, swallowing, and hearing challenges often associated with stroke, neurological conditions, or injury.
Hand Therapy (Outpatient Program)
Our specialized Hand Therapy program supports individuals experiencing pain, weakness, or loss of function in the hands or arms due to injury, surgery, or medical conditions.
Aquatic Therapy (Outpatient Program)
Aquatic Therapy is offered in a warm, 92-degree therapy pool, allowing for low-impact movement in a supportive environment. Water buoyancy makes exercise more comfortable and effective for a wide range of conditions.

Our therapy spaces feature the latest rehabilitation equipment and technology and are conveniently located within our Nursing Care communities, as well as in the stateof-the-art Outpatient Rehabilitation Center adjacent to the Fitness and Aquatics Centers at the Cultural Center.
