Early Life and Education Orion Kelly Willis was born in Lake Side, Arizona, and pursued a degree in finance at Arizona State University. While at ASU, Orion participated in an internship program at MetLife. At MetLife, Orion noticed a gap in the financial services industry. Many people had financial planners but weren't receiving the care and attention they needed. They were getting fragmented advice from various professionals, each looking at only one aspect of their finances. Orion saw an opportunity to do something different.
