Hello Team,
I hope each of you and your families had a great holiday season and Happy New Year! I was certainly happy that we were able to reach our financial targets to pay bonuses to everyone again this year. As I stated previously, we win as a team and deal with losses as a team. If we continue the way we have been the past few years, we should be counting more wins than losses, but don’t let your guard down.
Our annual Christmas Party was a hit again this year. I personally get a lot of enjoyment watching each of us and our families interacting with one another, while the kids are enjoying all of the activities that are available to them during the day. We had great participation in our raffles and 50/50 this year, with many team members leaving with great prizes. Our safety and years of service awards are another great highlight of the day. Congratulations again to our Field Supervision champion, Ricky Bacallao, and our Project Management champion, Michael Vostrejs. One thing that I would like to see this coming year is an increase in employee attendance. This event is put on for our team members and their immediate family members to enjoy, please come out and take advantage of it. We would love to see each of you there!
We closed our first quarter at the end of December with some under performing numbers, however, we predicted our first quarter to be a bit slow. I know things are getting ready to ramp up and our 2nd and 3rd quarter numbers will reflect that. We need to stay very mindful of the impact on our numbers that incidents and accidents cause. We need to do our very best to be aware of what we are doing and ask the necessary questions to ensure we avoid costly mistakes. On that note, William R. Nash, LLC was presented with the HB Mechanical Group annual safety award. Our zero lost time incidents was unbeatable and it’s because of everyone’s efforts we won this award. Congratulations!
On March 24th, we will be gathering for our Annual meeting at Weston Hills Country Club with our leadership team, along with HB Mechanical Group and HB Global executives. We look forward to seeing you all there, as we discuss important topics amongst one another. If you have any questions, comments or concerns regarding our organization, please feel free to reach out to me either by phone at 786-402-1052, or by email at ryan.nash@wrnash.com.
Enjoy the rest of the newsletter!

The Grinch stole the show at our annual holiday picnic!
In early December, our William R. Nash team came together to commemorate an incredible year and connect with colleagues. From delicious food and raffle giveaways to celebrating team member anniversaries, we had it all!
The kids enjoyed special entertainment, and Mr. and Mrs. Claus even made a surprise visit. These moments remind us why our team culture is second to none. Big Thank you to everyone who helped capture these memories and made this event unforgettable!

Congratulations to Ricky Bacallao and Michael Vostrejs—our newest Superintendent and Project Manager Champions! These dedicated professionals earned their championship belts through exceptional performance and years of commitment to William R. Nash.

Our Tamarac team absolutely crushed this year’s Holiday Spirit Week. From silly socks that had everyone laughing to intense gingerbread house competitions that brought out our competitive side.
