Granville Beville Jr is the 7th generation of descendants of Essex Beville who came to Jamestown, VA from Huntingdonshire, England in 1669. The Beville family branched out from Virginia through the Carolinas then split with some going to Texas and others settleing in the Savannah and still others continuing on to settle in Florida.
