"In 1997 I went to Brighton, England for 2½ months. It was in the autumn. I walked. I had just realized that I could use photography to say something about who I was. I took some pictures, but I never used them. I forgot about them. Moved on with my photography. My stay in Brighton was just a step on the way. In 2011 I looked through my old contact sheets, and I rediscovered these pictures. I still liked them, and I thought that I could make a nice book about old memories." - Bo Kaj Nesmoht
