APPLIED LEARNING AND STUDENT SUCCESS

Wichita State’s 120-acre Innovation Campus is designed to blur the lines between learning and doing. With nearly 50 businesses, organizations, and startups located right on campus, students have direct access to internships, jobs, research opportunities, and professional networks. It’s not unusual to see Shockers moving seamlessly from a classroom or lecture to an internship or research lab on the Innovation Campus — all without leaving campus. This environment accelerates growth, fuels creativity, and gives students a real edge in their fields.
