Self-Confidence can become diminished over time due to outside influences and life's many adversities Sometimes peoples perceptions of who they think we should be, can play an influential part towards the way that we think and feel
Boundaries also play a significant part towards building your confidence and self-esteem Trusting yourself and your intuition is a vital part of the process

Sometimes people come into our life and create chaos and havoc When you have no boundaries and are unsure of your values and strengths, you can get misled and mistreated.

We would all like to experience feeling good all of the time, but to be honest, we all have days where we have a lack of self-confidence and low self-esteem
The goal is to have the skills to be able to power through In fact confidence tends to grow when we overcome self-doubt and self-criticism.
Confidence is a skill we can all develop It is having a positive mindset and wanting to overcome a lack of self-confidence that is key
Understanding the "why" to your goals is critical in overcoming the negative patterns that sometimes keep you feeling disempowered.
Identifying your reasons for wanting to feel confident is a great starting place for change, inspiration and motivation

Being able to set healthy boundaries is the foundation for cultivating self-confidence and self-esteem
Having the courage to speak up for what you believe in, will empower you to behave in a more authentic way

In the first part of this workbook I want you to take some time to look inside of yourself Really take your time and ask yourself, who am I?
When we look outside of ourselves for approval, we ending up taking on all of the negative opinions from others, as well as the positive ones
When you have a clear understanding of who your true authentic self is, don't negotiate.
When you negotiate who you are, you run the risk of your true self being compromised

Trusting your intuition is congruent, in order for you to have confidence
The relationship between your mind and your intuition, is an intricate part of building a confident relationship with yourself
Self-confidence develops when we do the inner work
It is understanding that what we feel deep in our inner being, is directly linked to the way we think and consequently behave.
To have a confident relationship with yourself, is to trust what your mind and body are telling you
Trusting your intuition, will help you to navigate your way through life.
DEFINE & DECIDE
Self-Confidence, is about trusting your decisions, believing in your innate selfworth and valuing yourself and your choices
It's about tuning inwards, finding the answers from the inside and not listening to outside influences.
When you want to make a decision, ask yourself, what is this going to give me emotionally, physically and spiritually? After defining your what, ask yourself how and why? How is the outcome of this choice I am going to make, going to make me feel and why?
After defining your what, how and why, make your decision as to whether it is a good choice for you or not If it's still a yes, then confidently move forward with trust and faith, but if it's a "NO", don't do it! Don't be swayed by outside influences, coerced or misled, trust yourself
