The stresses of daily life is a part of life that we all experience. We all have negative fear based thoughts and self-sabotaging behaviours, along with low self-esteem and self-worth at some point in our life.
The good news is, it doesn't have to be this way. It is possible to feel more grounded, calm and resilient with the help of a daily routine.
Creating your own daily routine/practice will enhance an overall sense of wellness, allowing you to set the tone for the day ahead and take charge.
By focusing on your thoughts and getting grounded, you can elevate your energy and connect to your heart centre.
The way to overcome unpleasant thought patterns and negative behaviours, is to rewire your brain and teach it something new and more positive.
Our thoughts impel us to act, our actions form our habits, our habits shape our character and our character attracts our destiny.
Sometimes in life we become stuck, feeling like we have lost our way and unable to move forward The first step towards becoming unstuck is finding your purpose, your reason for being here on earth
In this workbook and journal we explore what your life would look like if you got an opportunity to create a new chapter and start again
Felling excited and motivated about achieving a dream or goal, will help you to become unstuck and see things from a clearer perspective
In the reflection part of the journal, you are able to reflect on your journey so far, exploring where you have been and what your life looks like up until this point
Discovering what your passions are, is directly linked to happiness and wellbeing Studies have shown that people with a sense of direction and purpose, have a far greater chance of finding satisfaction in both their life and relationships
A key component in creating a life that lights you up and that makes you feel whole, is knowing who you are and what you want out of life
By journaling about your experiences and using the self-exploration tools and skills in this book, it will finally take you one step closer to creating a meaningful life that you deserve
+ Who do you want to become?
+ Who do you want to show up as?
+ What job do you want to have?
+ What house do you want to live in?
Think about all of those questions, then begin your manifesting process
Take all of your future dreams and turn them into a reality
When you've decided what your future self will look like, begin the process of creating the woman you deserve to be Don't hold back, be as inventive and intentional as you can.
REMEMBER
"Actasifyouarealreadyher"
Visualise the woman you desire to be. What will she look like? Hair, makeup, clothes etc What car will she drive? Does she love her job? Is she in a fulfilling loving relationship or single? Where does she live and with whom?
In this section we revert back to the power of the vision board A super tool for manifesting everything that you want to attract into your life.
Start to collect images of items of things that reflect what you would like your life to look like Cut out pictures in magazines, it could be of clothes, a new car, whatever it is that you desire, then add them to your vision board
Think about the relationship you would like to have What does that look like for you? How would you want to show up?
Make a list of everything you want to manifest below
"Whatwethinkwecreate, whetherwewanttoornot"
-WAYNE DYER
Ask yourself what it is about your new future self that you think will make you happy?

To create the life of your dreams and "Own Your Story", remember to align with your true values and priorities
You have the ability to be whoever you want to be, all you have to do is believe it!
