LINO LAKES — Since February, a proposed 871unit residential community's future was left in limbo after Mattamy Homes decided to
pull out of the Minnesota housing market and sell off its existing land holdings, including Watermark. Watermark is located in the northwest quadrant of I-35E and County Road 14/ Main Street. Its boundaries
