he work of RCMP throughout Squamish was on display at council this week. Sea to Sky RCMP provided its annual update to the District of Squamish council Tuesday, May 19. Staff Sgt. Sascha Banks led the update alongside Sgt. Nathan Miller, who covered the 2025 year-end and the first quarter of 2026. The RCMP throughout the Sea to Sky are integrated, with detachments in Bowen Island, Whistler, Pemberton and Squamish. Total calls for service saw an uptick of 5.96% compared to the average between 2021 and 2024. The RCMP: Continued on 2
