t is a celebration 20 years in the making. Squamish’s Walmart officially celebrated the renovation of its store into a Supercentre at an event on Aug. 20. When the store first opened two decades ago, it was on the condition that it not sell perishable items, like fruit, vegetables and meat. The council at the time felt that conditions were necessary to protect the already established grocers in town. In April of
