This issue brings together a wide range of curiosity, debate and first-hand experience from across the school. Students explore global politics through Model United Nations, reflect on the energy of Catch-22 on stage at RADA, and offer thoughtful takes on topics ranging from London’s newly named Overground lines to the drama of the current Premier League season.
Science and curiosity feature strongly, with clear and engaging pieces on congenital insensitivity to pain, non-Newtonian fluids, tardigrades and the “immortal” jellyfish. Alongside these are reflections on parkrun culture, car sharing versus ownership, the global history of Esperanto, and the role of media, music and politics in shaping how we see the modern world.
