THE POWER OF KNOWLEDGE What is the difference between a 100% Brokerage fee schedule and a traditional Brokerage with splits?
Does a 100% Brokerage offer the same support and training as traditional Brokerages with splits?
Why is brand recognition important as an agent?
Traditional split Brokerages offer a split when it comes to your fees to the brokerage. These may come in a variety of amounts (example: 50/50, 60/40, 70/30) and will be applied to your commissions. With a 100% Brokerage, like West USA Realty, you will pay a flat fee in the form of a monthly fee and a flat transaction fee (with disclosures) when you have a commission.
YES! West USA Realty has full-time Brokers available 7 days a week including evenings, weekends, and holidays. We have 8 fully staffed Branch offices, each with a Branch Manager and Office Assistant to help answer all your questions and give guidance. Lastly, we have Coaches available in each Branch to help you build your business no matter what stage of your career you are in. On top of CE classes, in-branch trainings, educational classes, broker events and online education.
