Need a doctor, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant? We’re here to help with all your health needs and concerns.
A primary care provider (PCP) is the first person you go to for health questions and concerns. When you choose one of our PCPs, you form a relationship with someone who knows your history and is here for you, year after year. Your primary care provider is your partner in health through every stage of your life and we’re here to help you find someone just right for you.
“A PCP can teach you ways to stay healthy, treat you when you are sick, and help you get more advanced care when you need it.”
“PCPs are generalists who see babies, kids and adult patients for common ailments including respiratory infections, headaches, back pain, rashes and urinary infections,” said Angela Bryant, PA-C, a PCP at SCL Health Medical Group - Westminster. “They also manage chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, obesity, anxiety and depression. A PCP can teach you ways to stay healthy, treat you when you are sick, and help you get more advanced care when you need it.” You should establish care with a PCP who truly listens to your concerns, offers advice and allows you to make decisions regarding your health that you both think are best. “Even if you have never had a primary care provider, developing a relationship with one now will allow you to reach out to someone who can give advice if you are not feeling well, as well as give you recommendations to keep you healthy for the future,” said Angela.

SuperTots Sports
Thursdays at the Westminster Sports Center
Ages 2-5
Since 2002, SuperTots has engaged kids, ages 2 to 5, in physical activity in a noncompetitive environment that is safe and fun above all else. SuperTots knows kids are hardwired to learn through play. For that reason, we’ve designed an engaging, skill-building curriculum in which “tots” learn through a series of fun games. They will acquire athletic skills and fitness but also develop an interest and love of sports. Parent participation required for ages 2-3.5 years.
SoccerTots Classes focus on developing motor skills and self-confidence while also learning balance, dribbling, foot-eye coordination, and running control. We also introduce light competition. When a payment received by the City is subsequently returned by the bank, the City assesses a service fee and any other applicable collection charge to the payer. A person may resubmit a dishonored payment by cash, certified check, and when permissible, payment card. However, if a second payment is dishonored by the bank, an additional penalty of thirty dollars ($30) will be assessed in addition to any other charges incurred by the City for the returned payment.

Online and General Registration Tips
Minimum/Maximum Enrollment
• If you have done any business with our organization (registered for a class, bought a facility pass, reserved a birthday party, etc.), you already have a username and password. If you are unsure of those items, please contact any recreation center.
Early registration is recommended as many classes fill. Classes must reach the minimum enrollment three days prior to the first day of the class or the class is canceled. Participants are notified and transfers, refunds or credits are made.
• If you try to create an account online and the system indicates that your address, phone number, email, etc. already exists, this means that you already have an account/household in the system. Please contact any recreation center for assistance.
Refund Guidelines • If you are unable to attend a program/class, or the program does not meet your needs, the following refund guidelines apply:
• If you create an account/household online, the system will default your status to non-resident and charge the non-resident fees.
• If you are unable to attend a class, please contact the city three days prior to the start date to guarantee a refund.
• Complete your registration form including activity code numbers.
• If the city is unable to run a class, you will be refunded.
• Sign the registration form and waiver. • Make your check or money order payable to the City of Westminster or to the agency or company specified in the class description. Please Note: Registration for some adult and youth sports programs do not follow the class registration schedule and procedures are listed in those sections.
• Refunds take 10 to 14 working days to process. Verification of your address is recommended to ensure proper delivery. • As a general practice the City does not encourage household credits. Credits held in household accounts will be automatically refunded on August 31. Credits that were a result from a payment made by check or cash will be refunded by a check. Credits that were a result from a payment made by credit or debit card will be refunded back to that card.
Refund Exclusions Due to the design of some programs, refunds are not always possible. These programs include, but are not limited to: trips, team sports, and programs that required advance ticket purchases. W W W.W E S T M I N S T E R C O.G OV
