WELCOME As the City presents the Draft Five-Year Financial Plan (2026–2030) and the Draft 2026 Budget, community input is essential in helping Council balance the costs of delivering programs, services, and priorities that maintain a high quality of life in West Kelowna. The budgeting process involves addressing challenges such as maintaining existing service levels, managing the demands of a rapidly growing community, and balancing the rising costs of inflation and interest rates. Developing the budget requires thoughtful decision making. Council values your feedback to guide investment decisions, ensuring they align with community priorities and support fiscal responsibility now and into the future.

After completing the Draft 2026 Budget engagement, staff will present a report to Council summarizing the feedback received and will seek direction on any changes before the 2026 Budget is approved and the Financial Bylaw is adopted in January 2026.
