Eligibility
Only current financial members of West HQ who are over the age of 18 years may enter this promotion. Members must be on site to participate.
How to Enter
Option 1 - Hourly WYMAC Swipe
1. Members can receive their hourly entry ticket by swiping their West HQ Loyal card once at the WYMAC terminals located in West HQ every hour between the times shown on the dates the promotion is running.
2. The printed ticket should be placed into the designated barrel before the compere announces the barrel is closed for the next draw.
3. Each ticket is only valid for one draw, and all entries will be removed before the next draw period begins.

Option 2 - Additional Tickets / POS Entries
Members can receive additional entry tickets by making purchases of $25 or more (in one transaction) at participating outlets and swiping their West HQ Loyal Card at Point-of-Sale terminals.

How to Play (Game Format & Rules)
Swiping will be available from 3:30 pm.
Option 1 - Hourly WYMAC Swipe
1. Each eligible member may swipe their West HQ Loyal Card at the Promotional Terminal (WYMAC) once every hour for each draw taking place during the promotional period.
2. An eligible member must only swipe their OWN membership card. Members caught swiping another member's card will be disqualified from ALL current promotions.
3. Once the eligible member has received their entry ticket, it must be placed in one of the designated barrels provided before the next draw time.
4. The compere will announce in advance that the barrel is being closed for the draw, and any entries after it is "closed" will be ineligible (to ensure no one can have two entries in the same hour).
5. One ticket will be drawn from the barrel and the winner's details will be called. If not claimed within four minutes a new winner will be drawn. This process continues until a valid winning ticket is presented.
6. Tickets will be removed from the barrel after each draw and a "fresh" draw will take place after the next entry period.
7. Please note that WYMAC entry tickets cannot be purchased, and visitors do not receive any tickets through gaming participation.

8. If the WYMAC terminals are not working, members will need to speak to the operating staff who will write their name and member number on the provided paper. The promotion assistant will then collect these names and provide them to the Compere to be placed in the barrel.
Option 2 - Additional Tickets / POS Entries
1. Each eligible member must swipe their West HQ Loyal Card at the Point of Sale (POS) Terminal in one of our outlets when making a purchase more than $25 (minimum sale value to enter, in the one transaction).
2. An eligible member must only swipe their OWN membership card. Members swiping another member's card will be disqualified from ALL current promotions.
3. After an eligible member has made a purchase, they will receive an entry ticket.
4. The member may receive additional entry tickets for the draw based on their spend increasing with one additional ticket for every $25 spent e.g. $25 = 1 entry $75 = 3 entries. (In one transaction)
5. Once the eligible member has received their ticket(s), they should be informed by the sales staff, or see entry ticket information, that they need to place the ticket(s) in one of the designated barrels provided within the West HQ building.
6. There will not be an announcement of the POS barrel closing to allow diners to enjoy their experience and enter tickets at their convenience.
7. The compere will collect all tickets entered in the POS barrel (2 minutes before each draw, (i.e., 4.28pm, 5.28pm etc.) and move them to the main draw barrel in the promotional area before closing it. Tickets purchased through the F&B promotion also remain valid throughout the entire promotion.
8. The draw process from that point will be the same as described in Section A
9. In the event that the POS terminals are not working, members will need to speak to the operating staff who will write their name and members number on the provided paper. The promotion assistant will then collect these names and provide them to the Compere to be placed in the barrel.
Note: Eligible Members from SGAC or ONE55 who wish to participate in the Promotion will need to put their entry tickets in the entry barrels provided in West HQ, as there will not be entry barrels provided separately to these locations.
Draw Process 10th – 22nd
Draw 1
1. At 4:29 pm, the process for first draw will commence.
2. The compere will announce the barrel is being closed to further ticket entry at 4:29pm for the first draw and call for any final entries and allow anyone visibly approaching to enter. Any tickets printed during or after the draw will be added to the next draw time.

3. The Promotional compere will draw ONE (1) ticket from the 'Bonanza Barrel" at 4:30pm
4. The Promotional compere will announce the winner over the Public Address System.
5. The Winner will have Four (4) minutes to present themselves to the promotion's compere.
6. If the member does not present themselves within the 4-minute period, a redraw will take place and the promotion compere will repeat steps 3-6 until a member presents themselves.
7. If the Member presents themselves within the Four (4) minute period, they will win a $1,000 Cash Prize.
8. The Member who has won the prize must sign and acknowledge receipt of the prize.
2. Steps 2-8 will repeat for each draw time until the final draw at 9:29pm with the Cash Prize value remaining at $1,000 each draw time.
3. The process will be fully completed and equipment packed away by 10pm.
4. All paperwork and prize reconciliation must be sent to Safe before 10pm.

1. At 9:29 pm, the FINAL draw will commence and will be at the value of $5,888
2. The Promotional compere will draw ONE (1) ticket from the 'Bonanza Barrel" at 9:30pm
3. The Promotional compere will announce the winner over the Public Address System.
4. The Winner will have Four (4) minutes to present themselves to the promotion's compere.
5. If the member does not present themselves within the 4-minute period, a redraw will take place and the promotion compere will repeat steps 3-6 until a member presents themselves.
6. If the Member presents themselves within the Four (4) minute period, they will win a $5,000 Cash Prize and the remaining balance ($888) will be paid via bank transfer or cheque.
7. The Member who has won the prize must sign and acknowledge receipt of the prize.
8. The process will be fully completed and equipment packed away by 10pm.
9. All paperwork and prize reconciliation must be sent to Safe before 10pm.

General Terms and Conditions
1. All decisions of West HQ management (and its representatives) are final.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents 18 years and over who are current financial members of West HQ and who are in possession of a valid West HQ Loyal Card.
3. The following persons (and their immediate families) are not eligible to participate in or win the promotion:
o a. West HQ Directors, employees or auditors.
o b. Officers, executives or any staff of suppliers or contractors to the club, who are directly involved in any aspect of the promotion.
o c. Persons whose usual place of work is within premises owned or leased by West HQ who are employed by any of the contractors, licensees, or lessees of West HQ and.
o d. Persons employed by any other supplier or contractor of West HQ who at or about the time of a particular draw, or during the entry period for the promotion, are on the West HQ premises in that capacity as an employee.
o e. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, former de-factor spouse child, stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, sibling, step sibling, grandparent or grandchild.
4. 'Tutti Frutti' promotions are contracted by West HQ to run, compere and staff the stated promotion.
5. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged for any other object, cash amount or value, unless authorized by the Promoter.
6. West HQ accepts no responsibility for any additional costs associated with winning any prizes, other than stated in these Terms and Conditions.
7. West HQ reserves the right to:
o a. Verify the validity of entries (including but not limited to, the Eligible Member's identity and age). If a winner cannot provide suitable proof of identification at the time of the draw, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole, and no substitute will be offered; and
o b. Reject any entry ticket that is illegible, has been tampered with or is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; and
o c. Disqualify any Member for breach of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to: swiping another member's card, tampering with entry tickets, providing false information, engaging in disruptive behaviour, or any other conduct deemed inappropriate by management.
8. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
9. A record of all Winners will be kept.
10. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other material relating to this competition, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

11. If a bank transfer is required, the winner has the responsibility to give correct bank details once prize is won. West HQ will not take any responsibility if any errors occur from the winner.
12. The Promoter reserves the right and license to use a selected entrant's name. suburb, photograph, image, and likeliness for the purpose of promoting and advertising West HQ.
13. Subject to Legislation, West HQ is not authorized to issue cash after 10pm. Any draws announced at 10pm or afterwards will prevent the winner from collecting their cash prize. Furthermore, the individual must retrieve their money the following business day.
14. Entrant's personal information may be disclosed to the NSW Fair Trading and winners' names will be published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.
15. The Competition is not open to patrons excluded from the venue pursuant to the provisions of the Office of Liquor & Gaming or who are otherwise excluded.
16. Subject to law, the Promoter (including its employees, agents, and contractors) has no liability to any person for injury (including death), loss or damage whatsoever howsoever arising in connection with this Competition (including the awarding, condition, or misuse of the prizes). This clause does not apply to the extent that West HQ liability (if any) arises from an act or omission of West HQ in respect of its supply of services and/or goods to the prize winner in the ordinary course of West HQ's business
17. West HQ reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions only in cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, regulatory compliance requirements, or technical issues that prevent the promotion from operating as intended. Any alterations will be made to run the promotion in the fairest way possible with the least disruption. Any material changes will be communicated to members via appropriate signage and announcements.
18. If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a suitable alternative of equal value.
19. The Promoter's decisions with any aspect of this Competition will be binding and final on every entrant.
20. Any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including any attempt to avoid compliance, may result in the immediate disqualification of any entrant from this and future promotions.
21. Disqualification will be at the Promoter's sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
Promotion Specific Terms & Conditions
1. Subject to the law, no cash will be given out after 10pm.
2. Tickets must be deposited into the barrel on their printed date, for example:
o If a member scans their membership card on July 10th, the ticket must go into the barrel on July 10th
o If a member makes a purchase at SGAC, ONE55, or F&B outlets on July 10th, the ticket must also go into the raffle on the same date
3. Winners must be on the premises at the time of the draw and present themselves to the promotional host within 4 minutes to claim the prize.
4. It is the patron's responsibility to:

o a. Position themselves at the time of the draw in an area where they hear the announcing of winners
o b. Position themselves at the time of the draw in an area where they can physically present themselves to the promotional host within 4 minutes should their ticket be drawn.
o c. Present their West HQ Loyal card to claim their prize.
5. On evenings when there is a regular promotion running in parallel - the Bonanza draw will take precedence, and the regular promotion draw will take place immediately after concluding the Bonanza draw process.
6. When the prize amount exceeds $5,000, $5,000 will be awarded in cash. The remaining balance will be paid via bank transfer or cheque.
o Bank transfers for prize amounts exceeding $5,000 will be processed within 3 business days of the winner providing correct banking details
