How to Enter:
To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the applicable Promotional Period:
a) be a member of West HQ Loyal; and
b) swipe their West HQ Loyal card at the promotional terminals on Thursdays between 4:30 pm and 9:59 pm (local time).
c) Entries will be automatically recorded upon completion of the above steps.

Thursday Draws:
• May: There will be one (1) draw conducted for the entries received each Thursday in May, with a total of 4 (4) draws (using computerised random selection) (“Thursday Draws”). Each Thursday Draw will take place at West HQ, 33 Railway St, ROOTY HILL, NSW, 2766 at 10:00 pm (local time) after entries
• June: There will be two (2) draws conducted for the entries received each Thursday in June of the applicable Promotional Period, with a total of eight (8) draws (using computerised random selection) (“Thursday Draws”). Each Thursday Draw will take place at West HQ, 33 Railway St, ROOTY HILL, NSW, 2766 at 10:00 pm and 10:30pm (local time) after entries close for that Thursday Draw, with the first Thursday Draw taking place on 02/10/25 and the last Thursday Draw taking place on 27/11/25.
• There are twelve (12) Thursday draws in total during the promotional period
• Entries in each Thursday Draw will NOT be entered into any subsequent Thursday Draw/s.
• The first valid entry drawn from each Thursday Draw (“Participant”) will win the opportunity to play a contingency game (“Game”) for the chance to win the Major Prize (as set out below) (“Thursday Draw Prize”).
• The entrant must be present at the draw in order to be eligible for the prize.
• The Promoter will ensure each draw is open for public scrutiny and anyone may witness the draw on request. The winner of a drawn prize is determined by chance.
• If a winner from a previous Thursday win again their winning will be forfeited and a re-draw will take place.
• Please note that WYMAC entries cannot be purchased, and visitors do not receive any entries through gaming participation.
• If the WYMAC terminals are not working, members will need to speak to the operating staff who will manually enter their name and member number into the virtual barrel system.
• If the member does not present themselves within the 4-minute period, a redraw will take place and the promotion compere will repeat steps 3-6 until a member presents themselves.

If a member wishes to keep their entry tickets from the dates mentioned above and place in the barrel on the Grand Finale night (28th June) they are welcome to do so.

Multiple entries permitted subject to the following:
a) a maximum of one (1) entry form is permitted per qualifying $25 spend in a single transaction. For example, a $50 transaction will receive two (2) entry forms; a $100 transaction will receive four (4) entry forms;
b) members of West HQ Loyal will receive one (1) bonus entry form per qualifying $25 spend. Members must swipe their West HQ Membership card at the time of purchase to receive their bonus entry form(s). For example, a $50 transaction will receive four (4) entry forms; a $100 transaction will receive eight (8) entry forms; and
c) receipts cannot be combined to meet the qualifying $25 spend. Each entry must be completed separately and in accordance with the entry instructions above.
The entrant is eligible to win a maximum of one (1) Repeated Draw Prize (1x boarding pass per person), subject to the Prize Limits outlined below.

Entry Period 28th June 2026 - 10am - 6:59pm
How to Enter:
To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the applicable Promotional Period:
d) be a member of West HQ Loyal; and e) swipe their West HQ Loyal card at the promotional terminals on Sunday 28th June 2026 between 10:00am and 6:59pm (local time).
f) The entrant (member) will receive a printed ticket from the promotional terminal and then must place their ticket into the allocated barrels during the above mentioned period.
Entries Permitted:
a) Members of West HQ will receive one (1) entry on the 28th June 2026 during 10am –6:59pm.
b) The entrant is eligible to win a maximum of one (1) Major Prize (Boarding Pass), subject to the Prize Limits outlined below.
Prize Limits
For the sake of clarity, an individual may only win one (1) opportunity to play in the contingency game for the chance to win the Major Prize (“Opportunity”).
For example, if an individual was drawn for both Entry Methods A and B, then they will receive one (1) Opportunity for the first Entry Method they were drawn for (e.g. Entry Method A) and the Opportunity for the second Entry Method they were drawn for (e.g. Entry Method B) will be awarded to the first reserve winner.
Major Prize Game Details:
• The Game will take place at West HQ, 33 Railway St, Rooty Hill NSW 2766 at 08:00 pm AEST on 28/06/2026. The Participant will be responsible for transport to and from the Game.
• If the Participant cannot attend the Game, the Participant may appoint a proxy over 18 years of age to play the Game on their behalf provided the Participant gives the Promoter written, signed notice to that effect before the start of the Game.
• If the participant (boarding pass winner) is not at the venue on the 28th June by 7:45pm their boarding pass will be forfeited and another will be drawn in their place.
• The Participant or proxy (where appropriate, as outlined above) will be referred to as the ‘Attendee’ for the purpose of these Conditions of Entry.
• The Attendee must follow the instructions provided by the Promoter in relation to their participation in the Game.
• There will be thirty (30) boxes on display at the start of the Game, each numbered one (1) through thirty (30).

• Attendees will select one (1) ‘box’ each, in the order in which they were drawn as winners to participate in the Game, i.e. the first drawn Attendee will select first, the second-drawn will select second, and so on until all boxes are opened and Both Major Prizes are selected. The Promoter’s decision in this regard will be final.
• The Major Prize(s) includes:
o 1 x $20,000 Holiday voucher + $5,000 cash
o 1 x $20,000 Holiday voucher + $5,000 cash
• All other Attendees whose ‘Boarding Passes’ do not open the prize door will each receive a $500 consolation prize, subject to verification by the judges (“Consolation Prize”). The Consolation Prize will be awarded in cash.
• If the Attendee is found to have breached any conditions for playing the Game or participating in this Promotion, they (or the person they are playing on behalf of, if applicable) may be disqualified by the Promoter.
• A Loss Adjuster must be present at the Game to ensure the Game is conducted as per these Conditions of Entry.
• Only one (1) prize will be awarded per Attendee (being either the 1 of 2 Major Prizes or the Consolation Prize).
The following conditions apply to the travel voucher component of the prize:
• The $20,000 travel voucher is issued by a nominated travel provider and must be used in accordance with that provider’s booking terms and conditions
• The voucher is not redeemable for cash, credit or any other alternative
• The voucher must be redeemed within the validity period specified at the time of issue
• Any travel booked using the voucher is subject to availability, blackout dates and supplier terms
• If the total booking value exceeds the voucher amount, the winner is responsible for paying any additional costs
• The voucher cannot be used for:
o Travel insurance
o Visas or passports
o Personal expenses
o Any costs not included in the booking
• The voucher is non-transferable and must be used by the winner unless otherwise approved by the promoter or provider
• The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless permitted by the provider
• All travel is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the chosen travel provider, including cancellation and amendment policies
• The promoter is not responsible for any changes in travel conditions, supplier availability, or external factors impacting travel.
Unclaimed Prizes
In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not accept a Prize (including if the Promoter is not able to successfully get in contact with the winner) or if the winner is determined to not be an eligible entrant, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and the

General Terms and Conditions
1. All decisions of West HQ management (and its representatives) are final.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents 18 years and over who are current financial members of West HQ and who are in possession of a valid West HQ Loyal Card.
3. The following persons (and their immediate families) are not eligible to participate in or win the promotion:
a. West HQ Directors, employees or auditors.
b. Officers, executives or any staff of suppliers or contractors to the club, who are directly involved in any aspect of the promotion.
c. Persons whose usual place of work is within premises owned or leased by West HQ who are employed by any of the contractors, licensees, or lessees of West HQ and.
d. Persons employed by any other supplier or contractor of West HQ who at or about the time of a particular draw, or during the entry period for the promotion, are on the West HQ premises in that capacity as an employee.
e. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, former de-factor spouse child, stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, sibling, step sibling, grandparent or grandchild.
4. 'Tutti Frutti' promotions are contracted by West HQ to run, compere and staff the stated promotion.
5. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged for any other object, cash amount or value, unless authorized by the Promoter.
6. West HQ accepts no responsibility for any additional costs associated with winning any prizes, other than stated in these Terms and Conditions.
7. West HQ reserves the right to:
a. Verify the validity of entries (including but not limited to, the Eligible Member's identity and age). If a winner cannot provide suitable proof of identification at the time of the draw, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole, and no substitute will be offered; and
b. Reject any entry that is illegible, has been tampered with or is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; and
c. Disqualify any Member for breach of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to: swiping another member's card, tampering with the entry system, providing false information, engaging in disruptive behaviour, or any other conduct deemed inappropriate by management.
8. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
9. A record of all Winners will be kept.
10. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other material relating to this competition, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

11. If a bank transfer is required, the winner has the responsibility to give correct bank details once prize is won. West HQ will not take any responsibility if any errors occur from the winner.
12. The Promoter reserves the right and license to use a selected entrant's name. suburb, photograph, image, and likeliness for the purpose of promoting and advertising West HQ.
13. Subject to Legislation, West HQ is not authorized to issue cash after 10pm. Any draws announced at 10pm or afterwards will prevent the winner from collecting their cash prize. Furthermore, the individual must retrieve their money the following business day
14. Entrant's personal information may be disclosed to the NSW Fair Trading and winners' names will be published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.
15. The Competition is not open to patrons excluded from the venue pursuant to the provisions of the Office of Liquor & Gaming or who are otherwise excluded.
16. Subject to law, the Promoter (including its employees, agents, and contractors) has no liability to any person for injury (including death), loss or damage whatsoever howsoever arising in connection with this Competition (including the awarding, condition, or misuse of the prizes). This clause does not apply to the extent that West HQ liability (if any) arises from an act or omission of West HQ in respect of its supply of services and/or goods to the prize winner in the ordinary course of West HQ's business.
17. West HQ reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions only in cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, regulatory compliance requirements, or technical issues that prevent the promotion from operating as intended. Any alterations will be made to run the promotion in the fairest way possible with the least disruption. Any material changes will be communicated to members via appropriate signage and announcements.
18. If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a suitable alternative of equal value.
19. The Promoter's decisions with any aspect of this Competition will be binding and final on every entrant.
20. Any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including any attempt to avoid compliance, may result in the immediate disqualification of any entrant from this and future promotions.
21. Disqualification will be at the Promoter's sole discretion, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Promotion Specific Terms & Conditions
1. Subject to the law, no cash will be given out after 10pm.
2. Members must swipe their membership cards on the same day as the draw they wish to enter
3. Winners must be on the premises at the time of the draw and present themselves to the promotional host within 4 minutes to claim the prize.
4. It is the patron's responsibility to:
