Any customer (member or visitor) of West HQ over the age of 18 years may purchase a West HQ gift card.

General Terms and Conditions
1. A gift card will expire 3 years from the date of issue (unless stated otherwise)
2. A gift card can be purchased in the amount of $25, $50, and $100.
3. The owner of the gift card can top the gift card up at reception with any desired value before the card expires.
4. Members will not receive the pay by points 50% Food and Beverage discount when using a gift card to make a purchase
5. Points cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged to another person, or for any other object, cash amount, or value.
6. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
7. West HQ practices the responsible service of alcohol.
8. Alcoholic beverages can be denied at the discretion of West HQ staff.
9. A gift card can be purchased from West HQ customer service during operating hours by cash, debit card, credit card, or points.
10. West HQ reserves the right and license to use a selected entrant’s name, suburb, photograph, image, and likeness for the purpose of promoting and advertising West HQ.
11. This promotion is not open to patrons excluded from the venue pursuant to the provisions of the Office of Liquor & Gaming or who are otherwise excluded.
12. Any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in the immediate disqualification of any entrant.
13. Disqualification will be at the Promoter’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. All decisions are final and are at the discretion of West HQ Management.
