General Terms and Conditions
1. Complete the feedback form sent by SGAC about their experience during the current Vacation Care program. 2. The feedback form must be submitted between Monday 27 January 2025, 10am and Friday 7 February 2025, 11.59pm 3. Each customer that completes the feedback form will automatically be entered into a draw to win a week of Vacation Care for the upcoming program. 4. The winner will be drawn at random through a random name generator online from all eligible entries on Monday 10 February 2025, at SGAC. 5. The winner will be notified via email within 48 hours of the draw and must confirm acceptance of the prize within 5 days of notification. If the winner does not respond within this time frame, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn. SGAC West HQ Limited 33 Railway Street Rooty Hill, NSW, 2766 ABN 54 000 842 375 The prize is a voucher for one week of Vacation Care for the next holiday period at SGAC’s Vacation Care program. The voucher is redeemable for one week of Vacation Care for a child aged 5-12, at the location and dates available for the upcoming holiday period. The prize is non-transferable, nonrefundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods and services. There is one (1) prize to be won valued at $280.
1. All decisions of West HQ (and its representatives) are final. 2. West HQ Centre Services Manager will manage the promotion. 3. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged for any other object, cash amount or value, unless authorized by the Promoter. 4. West HQ accepts no responsibility for any additional costs associated with winning any prizes, other than stated in these Terms and Conditions.
