How to enter/Play

1. To enter the draw, participants must complete the SGAC Learn to Swim feedback survey. 2. The survey must be submitted between 9:00am on Friday, 22 August 2025 and 11:59pm on Friday, 5 September 2025. 3. Contact details submitted in the survey must belong to the primary contact of the current financial member, to ensure we can recognise you as a valid member and confirm your eligibility for the prize draw. 4. Every SGAC Learn to Swim member who completes and submits the survey during the entry period will automatically be entered into the prize draw. 5. Each member is permitted only one entry into the draw. 6. The winner will be randomly selected using an online name generator from all eligible entries. The draw will take place on Monday, 8 September 2025 at SGAC. 7. The winner will be notified via email within 24 hours of the draw. To claim the prize, the winner must confirm acceptance within 5 days of being contacted. If no response is received within this timeframe, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected in the same manner. 8. One (1) winner will receive a $250 Visa Gift Card. The prize is non-transferable, nonrefundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods and services.

1. All decisions of West HQ (and its representatives) are final. 2. West HQ Customer Engagement and Events Manager will manage the promotion. 3. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged for any other object, cash amount or value, unless authorized by the Promoter.
