All current West HQ Members over 18 years of age are eligible to enter. 1. An eligible member must utilize the QR Code provided to them via email, SMS, or in the venue, to be taken to the designated landing page. 2. The members must then fill out the form on the landing page by entering in their correct details and agreeing to opt into marketing & gaming communications. 3. All fields of the form are mandatory and must be completed before submission. 4. Once the member submits the Entry form, their entry into the promotion will be secured. 5. Winners will be randomly selected. 6. The winners will be contacted by phone (an email will be sent if no response by phone) on the 4th of September at 12pm. 7. The winners must respond to customer service via email and/or phone by 12pm on the 5th of September to secure their place. 8. If a winner does not respond by 12pm on the 5th of September, a redraw of winners will be done after 12pm. 9. If the new winners do not RSVP by 12pm on the 6 th, it is assumed their place is forfeited, and no extra winners will be redrawn.
