Format: Physical barrel draw
Structure: Members who swipe into the WYMAC Terminals at West HQ will be issued with Tier dependent printout ticket(s) which is their entry into the $5k Giveaway. The ticket(s) is placed in a designated barrel at whatever time the member prints and drops the ticket. That ticket will remain in the barrel all evening until the final draw is complete.
Eligibility
Only current financial members of West HQ who are over the age of 18 years may enter this promotion.
How to Enter
1. Members will go to the WYMAC terminal and press the $5k Giveaway button.
2. Each tier will get a different number of tickets printed based on their tier as below:

3. The member should place the ticket(s) in the designated barrel. a. Once tickets are placed in the barrel that ticket will remain active unless drawn.
How to Play (Game Format & Rules)
Promotion starts at 6:30pm when WYMAC system will open for members to swipe. The barrel should already be in place for 6:30pm to ensure no delay in submitting tickets.
Draw 1 - $500
1. At 7:30 pm, the first draw will commence (thirty minutes after the 7:00 pm start).
2. The compere will draw ONE (1) ticket from the draw barrel and then announce the winner over the Public Address System.
3. The winner will have four (4) minutes to present themselves to the compere.
4. The compere will regularly count down the four minutes until re-draw.
5. If the member does not present themselves within the 4-minute period, the compere will announce, and carry out, a re-draw.
6. If the Member does present themselves within the four (4) minute period, they will win the cash prize.
Draw 2 - $750
7. At 8:00 pm, the second draw will commence.
8. The compere will repeat steps 2-6.
Draw 3 - $1,000
1. At 8:30 pm, the third draw will commence.
2. The compere will repeat steps 2-6.
Draw 4 - $1,250
1. At 9:00 pm, the fourth draw will commence.
2. The compere will repeat steps 2-6.

General Terms and Conditions
1. All decisions of West HQ management (and its representatives) are final.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents 18 years and over who are current financial members of West HQ and who are in possession of a valid West HQ Loyal Card.
3. The following persons (and their immediate families) are not eligible to participate in or win the promotion:
a. West HQ Directors, employees or auditors.
b. Officers, executives or any staff of suppliers or contractors to the club, who are directly involved in any aspect of the promotion.
c. Persons whose usual place of work is within premises owned or leased by West HQ who are employed by any of the contractors, licensees, or lessees of West HQ and.
d. Persons employed by any other supplier or contractor of West HQ who at or about the time of a particular draw, or during the entry period for the promotion, are on the West HQ premises in that capacity as an employee.
e. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, former de-factor spouse child, stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, sibling, step sibling, grandparent or grandchild.
4. 'Tutti Frutti' promotions are contracted by West HQ to run, compere and staff the stated promotion.
5. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged for any other object, cash amount or value, unless authorized by the Promoter.
6. West HQ accepts no responsibility for any additional costs associated with winning any prizes, other than stated in these Terms and Conditions.
7. West HQ reserves the right to:
a. Verify the validity of entries (including but not limited to, the Eligible Member's identity and age). If a winner cannot provide suitable proof of identification at the time of the draw, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered; and
b. Reject any entry ticket that is illegible, has been tampered with or is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; and
c. Disqualify any Member that has not acted in good faith and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
8. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
9. A record of all Winners will be kept.
10. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other material relating to this competition, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
11. If a bank transfer is required, the winner has the responsibility to give correct bank details once prize is won. West HQ will not take any responsibility if any errors occur from the winner.

12. The Promoter reserves the right and license to use a selected entrant's name. suburb, photograph, image, and likeliness for the purpose of promoting and advertising West HQ.
13. Subject to Legislation, West HQ is not authorized to issue cash after 10pm. Any draws announced at 10pm or afterwards will prevent the winner from collecting their cash prize. Furthermore, the individual must retrieve their money the following business day
14. Entrant's personal information may be disclosed to the NSW Fair Trading and winners' names will be published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.
15. The Competition is not open to patrons excluded from the venue pursuant to the provisions of the Office of Liquor & Gaming or who are otherwise excluded.
16. Subject to law, the Promoter (including its employees, agents, and contractors) has no liability to any person for injury (including death), loss or damage whatsoever howsoever arising in connection with this Competition (including the awarding, condition, or misuse of the prizes). This clause does not apply to the extent that West HQ liability (if any) arises from an act or omission of West HQ in respect of its supply of services and/or goods to the prize winner in the ordinary course of West HQ's business
17. If, for any reason, this competition is unable to run as stated above the Promoter reserves the right to alter the Terms and Conditions to run this in the fairest way possible with the least disruption.
18. If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a suitable alternative of equal value.
19. The Promoter's decisions with any aspect of this Competition will be binding and final on every entrant.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or alter this Competition at any time (such as in the case of unforeseen circumstances outside of the Promoter's reasonable control), subject to compliance with Fair-Trading Guidelines.
21. Any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including any attempt to avoid compliance, may result in the immediate disqualification of any entrant from this and future promotions.
22. Disqualification will be at the Promoter's sole discretion, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Promotion Specific Terms & Conditions

4. Winners must be on the premises at the time of the draw and present themselves to the promotional host within 4 minutes to claim the prize.
5. It is the patron's responsibility to:
a. Position themselves at the time of the draw in an area where they hear the announcing of winners
b. Position themselves at the time of the draw in an area where they can physically present themselves to the promotional host within 4 minutes should their ticket be drawn.
c. Present their West HQ Loyal card to claim their prize.
