General Terms
ONGOING UNTIL NOTIFIED OTHERWISE The 3-Day Gym Trial Pass is available exclusively to prospective members aged 16 years and over who reside within a 10km radius of ONE55. Eligible participants must not be current ONE55 members and must complete all required registration documents, including the PreExercise Questionnaire (PEQ). Proof of age and/or residence may be requested. The 3-Day Gym Trial Pass is a one-time opportunity for prospective members to experience ONE55 before enrolling in a membership. The pass provides access to all available facilities and unlimited visits for three (3) consecutive days, commencing from the date of issue. The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, extended, refunded, or redeemed for cash. 1. Eligible participants must complete the ONE55 registration process, including the Pre-Exercise Questionnaire (PEQ), and provide accurate contact details. 2. Participants must reside within a 10km radius of ONE55. ONE55 reserves the right to request proof of residential address to verify eligibility. 3. The trial pass is valid for three (3) consecutive days from the date of issue, with the issue date considered Day 1. 4. Pass holders may access all available facilities and attend as many times as they wish during the trial period. 5. Strictly one (1) 3-Day Gym Trial Pass is permitted per person. 6. The trial pass is intended solely for the purpose of evaluating the facilities prior to membership enrolment. 7. Pass holders agree to be contacted by ONE55 during or after the trial period regarding feedback and membership opportunities. 8. ONE55 reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel a trial pass where these Terms & Conditions or the Conditions of Entry are breached. 9. ONE55 reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw the offer at any time without notice. 1. All decisions of ONE55 and West HQ are final. 2. Passes cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged for any other object, cash amount or value. Applicants must be 16 years and over. 3. ONE55 / West HQ reserves the right to verify the validity of applicants (including but not limited to identity and age). If a customer cannot provide suitable proof of identification then we reserve the right to issue no pass. 4. Entry is deemed to be acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. 5. A record of all passes issued will be kept. 6. The Promoter reserves the right to capture & use photographs or video with the pass users image for promoting & advertising ONE55.
