Memberships must be purchased in person at ONE55 to redeem the offer. 5. Members must complete all required details, including the Pre-Exercise Questionnaire (PEQ), at the time of sign-up. 6. Memberships will commence from the sign-up date once processed by ONE55 staff. 7. An administration fee will apply to any membership transfers or amendments during the contract period. 8. All decisions of ONE55 West HQ (and its representatives) are final. The Promoter reserves the right and licence to use a selected entrant’s name, suburb, photograph, image and likeness for the purpose of promoting and advertising West HQ. Subject to law, the Promoter (including its employees, agents and contractors) has no liability to any person for injury (including death), loss or damage whatsoever howsoever arising in connection with this offer. This clause does not apply to the extent that West HQ liability (if any) arises from an act or omission of West HQ in respect of its supply of services and/or goods in the ordinary course of West HQ’s business. If for any reason this promotion is unable to run as stated above ONE55 reserve the right to alter the terms and conditions to run this the fairest way possible with the least disruption. ONE55 reserves the right to cancel or alter this promotion at any time (such as in the case of unforeseen circumstances outside the promoter’s reasonable control), subject to compliance with any Fair Trading guidelines. Any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in immediate disqualification of any participant.
