Entry to the prize draw will be open from Wednesday 11 March 2026 until Sunday 12 April 2026, 11:59pm.
Customers who purchase a School Holiday Club weekly pass during the promotion period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the prize draw. No additional entry action is required.
1. Entry is open to customers aged 18+ who purchase a SGAC School Holiday Club weekly pass during the promotional period
2. Customers will automatically receive one (1) entry per weekly pass purchased.
3. No additional entry steps are required
4. Prize consists of one (1) family pass (4 tickets) to Where is the Green Sheep? at the Coliseum Theatre, West HQ
5. Prize valid for Friday 17 April 2026, 12:30pm, performance only
6. Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
7. Winner will be randomly drawn on Monday 13 April 2026 at SGAC
8. Winner will be contacted using the details provided at time of booking
9. If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, SGAC reserves the right to redraw.
10. SGAC accepts no responsibility if the winner cannot attend the performance
11. By entering, the winner agrees to their name being used for promotional purposes if required
12. SGAC reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion if necessary
13. Entry into the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions

1. All decisions of West HQ (and its representatives) are final.
2. West HQ staff to run, compere and staff the Open Day draw promotion.
3. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted or exchanged for any other object, cash amount or value, unless authorized by the Promoter.
4. West HQ accepts no responsibility for any additional costs associated with winning any prizes, other than stated in these Terms and Conditions.
5. West HQ reserves the right to:
a) Verify the validity of entries (including but not limited to, the Eligible Member’s identity and age). In the event that a Winner cannot provide suitable proof of identification at the time of the draw, the Winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered; and
b) Reject any entry ticket that is illegible, has been tampered with or is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; and
c) Disqualify any Member that has not acted in good faith and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
d) Entry into the competition is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
6. A record of winners will be kept.
7. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other material relating to this competition, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
8. Entry is only open to Australian residents 18 years and over. The following persons (and their immediate families) are not eligible to participate in or win the promotion:
a) West HQ Directors or auditors;
b) West HQ employees;
c) Officers, executives or any staff of suppliers or contractors to the club, who are directly involved in any aspect of the promotion;
d) Persons whose usual place of work is within premises owned or leased by West HQ who are employed by any of the contractors, licensees or lessees of West HQ and;
e) Persons employed by any other supplier or contractor of West HQ who at or about the time of a particular draw, or during the entry period for the promotion, are on the West HQ premises in that capacity such as an employee.
f) Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex- spouse, defacto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step- grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
9. The Promoter reserves the right and licence to use a selected entrant’s name, suburb, photograph, image and likeness for the purpose of promoting and advertising West HQ
10. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to the NSW Fair Trading and winners' names will be published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.
11. The Competition is not open to patrons excluded from the venue pursuant to the provisions of the Office of Liquor & Gaming or who are otherwise excluded.
12. Subject to law, the Promoter (including its employees, agents and contractors) has no liability to any person for injury (including death), loss or damage whatsoever howsoever arising in connection with this Competition (including the awarding, condition, use or misuse of the prizes). This clause does not apply to the extent that West HQ liability (if any) arises from an act or omission of West HQ in respect of its supply of services and/or goods to the prize winner in the ordinary course of West HQ’s business.
13. If for any reason this competition is unable to run as stated above due to technical/printing errors etc., the Promoter reserve the right to alter the terms and conditions to run this the fairest way possible with the least disruption.
14. If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with alternative a suitable of equal value.
15. The Promoter’s decision in connection with any aspect of this Competition will be binding and final on every entrant.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or alter this Competition at any time (such as in the case of unforeseen circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control), subject to compliance with any Fair Trading guidelines.
17. Any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in immediate disqualification of any entrant.
18. Disqualification will be at the Promoter’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. All decisions are final and are at the discretion of West HQ Management.
