1.2Participation
Oneligiblegamenights(allmatcheswherethePhilippinesorAustraliaareplaying), participantsmustspend$20atparticipatingvenuestoreceiveoneentryticketintothebarrel draw.Oneticketisissuedforevery$20spent.WestHQmembersreceivedoubleentries.
EntriesorcompletedticketsmustbeplacedintothedesignatedbarrelatEatSt.Baronthe dateofissue.Entriesdonotaccumulateorrollovertofuturedraws.
Ticketclosingtimeswillbeannouncedonthedayandmayvarydependingonmatchstart times.
WinnersmustbepresentatEatSt.Bartoclaimtheirprize.
1.3PrizeDetails
Oneacheligiblegamenight,WestHQwillaward5Matildasprizepackspergame,with3 drawnathalf-timeand2drawnatfull-time.
Additionally,1Filipinasjerseywillbedrawnatfull-timeon1March,5March,and8March 2026.
GrandFinalNight(21March2026):InadditiontotheMatildasprizepacks,threePhilippine Airlinestravelvouchervaluedat$3,000($1,000each)willbedrawnattheconclusionofthe GrandFinalmatch.Aformalletterwillbepresentedtothewinnerwithfurtherinstructions.
Winnerswillbeselectedatrandomfromalleligibleentriesplacedinthebarrelforthe
applicabledrawonthatday.Entriesdonotrollovertofuturedraws.
Traveldates,blackoutperiods,andairlinebookingconditionsapply.
Prizesarenon-transferable,notredeemableforcash,andmustbeacceptedasawarded.
Anyadditionalcostsincludingaccommodation,transfers,visas,insurance,andspending moneyaretheresponsibilityofthewinner.
2.0GeneralTermsandConditions
1. AlldecisionsofWestHQ(anditsrepresentatives)arefinal.
2. WestHQstaffwillconductandoverseetheprizedraw.
3. Prizescannotbetransferred,substitutedorexchangedforanyotherobject,cashamountor value,unlessauthorizedbythe Promoter.
4. WestHQacceptsnoresponsibilityforanyadditionalcostsassociatedwithwinningany prizes,otherthanstatedintheseTermsandConditions.
5. WestHQreservestherightto:
a) Verifythevalidityofentries(includingbutnotlimitedto,theEligibleMember’sidentity andage).IntheeventthataWinnercannotprovidesuitableproofofidentificationat thetimeofthedraw,theWinnerwillforfeittheprizeinwholeandnosubstitutewillbe offered;and
b) Rejectanyentryticketthatisillegible,hasbeentamperedwithorisnotinaccordance withtheseTermsandConditions;and
c) DisqualifyanyMemberthathasnotactedingoodfaithandinaccordancewiththese TermsandConditions.
d) EntryintothecompetitionisdeemedtobeacceptanceoftheseTermsand Conditions.
6. Arecordofwinnerswillbekept.
7. TotheextentofanyinconsistencybetweentheseTermsandConditionsandanyother materialrelatingtothiscompetition,theseTermsandConditionswillprevail.
8. EntryisonlyopentoAustralianresidents18yearsandover.Thefollowingpersons(and theirimmediatefamilies)arenoteligibletoparticipateinorwinthepromotion:
a) WestHQDirectorsorauditors;
b) WestHQemployees;
c) Officers,executivesoranystaffofsuppliersorcontractorstotheclub,whoaredirectly involvedinanyaspectofthepromotion;
d) PersonswhoseusualplaceofworkiswithinpremisesownedorleasedbyWestHQ whoareemployedbyanyofthecontractors,licenseesorlesseesofWestHQand;
e) PersonsemployedbyanyothersupplierorcontractorofWestHQwhoatoraboutthe timeofaparticulardraw,orduringtheentryperiodforthepromotion,areontheWest HQpremisesinthatcapacitysuchasanemployee.
f) Immediatefamilymeansanyofthefollowing:spouse,ex-spouse,de-factospouse,child orstep-child(whethernaturalorbyadoption),parent,step-parent,grandparent,stepgrandparent,uncle,aunt,niece,nephew,brother,sister,step-brother,step-sisteror1st cousin.
9. ThePromoterreservestherightandlicensetouseaselectedentrant’sname,suburb, photograph,imageandlikenessforthepurposeofpromotingandadvertisingWestHQ
10. Entrants'personalinformationmaybedisclosedtotheNSWFairTradingandwinners' nameswillbepublishedasrequiredundertherelevantlotterylegislation.
11. TheCompetitionisnotopentopatronsexcludedfromthevenuepursuanttothe provisionsoftheOfficeofLiquor&Gamingorwhoareotherwiseexcluded.
12. Subjecttolaw,thePromoter(includingitsemployees,agentsandcontractors)hasno liabilitytoanypersonforinjury(includingdeath),lossordamagewhatsoeverhowsoever arisinginconnectionwiththisCompetition(includingtheawarding,condition,useormisuse oftheprizes).Thisclausedoesnot applytotheextentthatWestHQliability(ifany)arisesfromanactoromissionofWestHQin respectofitssupplyofservicesand/orgoodstotheprizewinnerintheordinarycourseof WestHQ’sbusiness.
13. Ifforanyreasonthiscompetitionisunabletorunasstatedaboveduetotechnical/printing errorsetc.,thePromoterreservetherighttoalterthetermsandconditionstorunthisthe fairestwaypossiblewiththeleastdisruption.
14. Ifaprizebecomesunavailable,thePromoterreservestherighttosubstitutetheprizewith an alternativesuitable ofequalvalue.
15. ThePromoter’sdecisioninconnectionwithanyaspectofthisCompetitionwillbebinding andfinaloneveryentrant.
16. ThePromoterreservestherighttocanceloralterthisCompetitionatanytime(suchas inthecaseofunforeseencircumstancesoutsidethePromoter’sreasonablecontrol), subjecttocompliancewithanyFairTradingguidelines.
17. AnyfailuretocomplywiththeseTermsandConditionsmayresultinimmediate disqualificationofanyentrant.
18. DisqualificationwillbeatthePromoter’ssolediscretionandnocorrespondencewillbe enteredinto.
19. AlldecisionsarefinalandareatthediscretionofWestHQManagement.
