Promotion will run from 6am on Monday 6 April 2026 and run until 11.59pm on Sunday 26 April 2026
Who may enter This promotion is open to individuals who are not currently members of ONE55.
Offer details
1. The promotion will run between the dates specified above.
2. Members must sign up to either the 12-Month Lock-In Contract, 18-Month Lock-In Contract Memberships or No Lock-In Contract.
3. The member must complete all required membership details, including the PreExercise Questionnaire (PEQ), and submit these to a ONE55 staff member.
4. ONE55 staff will process the membership contract for the selected term from the sign-up date.
5. If the membership is transferred or amended during the agreed contract period, an admin fee will apply.
6. If the membership is terminated before the contract end date, the member will be liable to pay any applicable early termination fees, as outlined in the membership agreement.

General Terms and Conditions
1. All decisions of ONE55 West HQ (and its representatives) are final.
2. The Promoter reserves the right and licence to use a selected entrant’s name, suburb, photograph, image and likeness for the purpose of promoting and advertising West HQ.
3. Subject to law, the Promoter (including its employees, agents and contractors) has no liability to any person for injury (including death), loss or damage whatsoever howsoever arising in connection with this offer. This clause does not apply to the extent that West HQ liability (if any) arises from an act or omission of West HQ in respect of its supply of services and/or goods in the ordinary course of West HQ’s business.
4. If for any reason this promotion is unable to run as stated above ONE55 reserve the right to alter the terms and conditions to run this the fairest way possible with the least disruption.
5. ONE55 reserves the right to cancel or alter this promotion at any time (such as in the case of unforeseen circumstances outside the promoter’s reasonable control), subject to compliance with any Fair Trading guidelines.
6. Any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in immediate disqualification of any participant.
7. Disqualification will be at ONE55’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
